iJDMTOY Set of Germany Flag Emblem Grille Badge, Compatible with European Car Front Grill/Bumper Decoration

Pretty cool German flag emblem, I read the reviews and decide to see if I could improve on the problems people had with it. First I went out to the nearest home improvement store to get some 3M double tape and a spray can of clear paint.I attached the small adapter clip the badge came with, with some small hardware (nut & screw) I had in lying around in my garage to the cars front grill.The metal clip has already the small hole in it. I drilled a small hole on the grill of the car, I thought it would be a very good idea to make sure it holds so it wouldn't fly off when I hit spurts of over 120mph.I also added 3M tape around the back top part of the metal clip which attaches to the badge. (Basically the 3M tape is wrapped around the clip) I left about 1" 3M hanging out the sides which is the part that will stick to the badge. the badge is very secure.I put on a couple of coats of clear to the badge it hopes of it will improve the fading part but only time will tell. So far it's been holding strong and had no issues with it, even when it gets the car wash. Looks cool and I'm happy the way it turned out ...Just make sure if you clear coated wait a whole day before putting it on just to make sure the clear coat is fully dry, I learn this the hard way :) also the badge is not that stiff so be careful of not bending it.P.s its a GERMAN flag not BelgiumP.s.s Been on for months and the emblem still has it's bright colors and has not budge :)

I bought this to add to the ascetics of my car, a 2016 Volkswagen Jetta. At first I thought the badge was going to be bigger and won't look right on the car, but after installing it, I found that it actually looks great! Installation was super simple, make sure your vehicle is clean first and attach the mount to the badge and stick it on. It comes with a 3M adhesive pre-attached to the badge and mount. In addition, it is a little flimsy, so I'll have to wait a few months before I know about the longevity of the product. I did however, wait to write this review until after I took my car out on the highway to see if it will hold up going around 80 mph, and it did! Overall, great product for the price.Update: It's been 2 years and it's still on the car!Update pt 2 As of Oct 2024 it’s still on the car! Color is a bit faded but still stands out nicely

Gets sunfaded after a year or 2 depending on the weather (fl here) but I ordered another for my new jetta it looks great.

Metal frame stick okayish on the grill with the included 2 sided tape. I had to use some industrial grade adhesive for the badge to stick to the metal frame. This badge adds great a to the design of the car, making it look more powerful.But sadly the color fades away in couple months. My image shows the current color, 6 months after installing. $9 for this is way too expensive.Do not wash the car in auto car wash. Those brushes are way too harsh on these after market accessories.

The emblem itself looks good, the adhesive on the mount is absolute trash. It (or at least mine) has ZERO tackiness. I wasn’t going to go out and by extra adhesive tape and i didn’t want to superglue the mount onto my grill. I just ended up putting the flag on my tailgate

Nice little emblem for my German car here. Goes well with the new updates grille I had installed today. Really got to say, it's a nice touch for the aesthetic!

Works great. You can add little super glue on that small stand for sure it will not blow away

Used on my 2012 Jetta on the front grill. Attached easily. Came with a small metal bracket with double sided tape. The bracket is 90 degrees. It could probably be bent to a different angle. The emblem is attached with tape again. Honestly for what I paid I didn’t expect much. I drive 250kms daily for work at high speed. The emblem hasn’t moved so pretty good product I’d say.

ive seen people saying that it doesnt stick, but mine does. i washed my car with a pressure washer and it was still there being solid. its 3M tape and i didnt even have to rub the surface with alcohol before applying the tape, i just removed the dust with my finger and applied it! works great honestly.
