This is a great product for those of us who cannot give ourselves a shot.
It is simple to use, there’s no stabbing a needle into yourself, ouch, it works much like a pen injection, the needle is out of sight as you hold it against your skin, you push a button, you depress the plunger. You hardly feel any sting Because it happened so fast, they last long time too, my first one lasted me a couple of years, and I do have one in reserve in case this one stops working. I’m so glad I found this, it has taken a lot of stress off me having to take shots, a good purchase and I highly recommend it.

Remove the anxiety of sticking yourself.
Works perfect for U-100 syringes. This makes it very easy if you have a phobia of needles. Place it on the skin and push the button, the hard part is over. You then inject the medicine yourself then remove the needle, it remains inside the injector until you remove it. I have used mine for over a year now and it still works great. It does not have an excessive spring tension when it injects the needle, it's the perfect amount of tension to get the needle through the skin. It makes it painless, you cannot see the needle going in. I don't like needles, sticking myself is not something I can do without a great deal of anxiety. This is the easiest way for me and it works every time.

Quality has been reduced on a formerly great product.
Already had an Inject-Ease made by its original maker, Palco. It was, and the one I have still is, a brilliant product. BUT...Palco has apparently gone out of business, and Ambimed bought the design, rights, etc. and now makes the product. Either I got a lemon, or the Ambimed version of the product is vastly inferior to the original...parts didn't fit together perfectly and function smoothly. The power of the spring is less than before, or maybe its functional strength is reduced by internal resistance due to ill-fitting components. Seems like the new guys have cut corners in engineering and manufacturing in an attempt to save a few pennies. I returned the one I got. Will try buying it again in the hopes that the first was a lemon. If it is no better, I will return that one, too.

works for me
After a month of use I can say that it make injecting almost painless 80% of the time. Is easy to use and great for people short sighted like me. It make easy the insertion of the needle but at least for me there is some pain when the insulin enter my body, this is probably my fault not the injector. Some people say that the quality of the injector is not as good as it used to be when Palco was the maker, but for $23.00 you can replace it without much problems. No problems using it and Today I ordered one more. The only negative thing I found is that the injector only works with BD syringes (BD design it for what I know, but you can try other brand and see if it work) I tried the Ease touch syringes that look very similar and the injector jam or the syringe was not centered. I found the BD Syringes on American Diabetes wholesale at 50% of what they cost in my local pharmacy still more expensive than the Ease-touch but the injector really works. Give it a try and FEEL for yourself.

Satisfied
This is super simple for self injection. Other devices I’ve tried darn near require an engineering degree, but this one is very simple. I would have given it 5 star if it could accommodate larger syringes. This is built for diabetic needles. I got it for my TRT injections, which use a syringe slightly larger than those. I started injecting TRT using the smaller needles in smaller doses more frequently so I can use this device, as I never really became successful at self injection with the larger needle. If you have issues with self injection and can use small needles, this will be a great purchase.

Basic functional, need improvement
The looseness of the gauge within the cylinder wasn't thought out, which bent needles sometimes. need re-engineering to be better, cost is high.. worth only $10!!

Amazing device (32 year phobia of needles)
I'm a very active guy I got tattoos I do mma private bodyguard climbed mountains you name it, with that active lifestyle I ended up with epilepsy one of my medications ended up ruining my thyroid thus I must do hrt for life unfortunately. I've had the worst needle phobia for years and years now after a bad tech destroyed my left arm which after 15 minutes I fainted from the stress. I've always had my best friend inject me and I'd always turn away. Well recently he told me he's moving out we are roommates before that I had my gf at the time do it for me. I was so scared last few weeks I pushed off a weekly dose for two weeks and decided I need to be independent with my medication luckily I bought this months ago but I was having my roommate do it for me normal without the device. Well Wednesday rolls around and it took me all night to gain the courage to inject myself. 28 Guage 1/2 inch half a cc, by no means big at all but it might as well of been a harpoon. All I gotta say with my first experience is I cannot believe I was this scared for so many years, granted injections are different sometimes it barely hurts going in sometimes it burns I however barely felt anything at all not even pain when it punctured it's really given my back my confidence and I can't thank this company enough I cannot tell you how much this device has helped me conquer my fear of injections.

As long as you are using an "insulin style" syringe and needle (not necessarily for insulin), it's fabulous! The attachments that come with it allow you to adjust for a great variety of syringe and needle lengths. Makes needle insertion very easy and painless - especially if you are going into a 'sensitive' part of the body (think "ED"). Note that the needle insertion is the automatic part. You still have to do the easy part (pushing the plunger to push the drug through).

The mechanism is terrible! It has yet to work even once. I completely regret this purchase. It’s a really cheap bit of plastic with a bad “trigger “ that doesn’t do its only job. The price is outrageous for what you get. Keep looking folks, this one is garbage.

Being a Trimix drug user, found this product a game changer. Manual injections typically painful and took time, not to mention sometime improperly inject cause undesirable effects. This device has been painless, quick. The product gets injected in the right depth without issues. Watch not to hit veins. Easy to follow instructions. Find syringes that fits, check the pharmacy for assistance. 5 stars and hope it last a long time.
