I love the flavor and how it works. I take it 30 min before my workouts and it helps me stay focus and gives me energy. That helps me complete every set and I sweat a lot too. This is my second bottle. I do recommend it.

Tastes good but urine started smelling fishy. Quit taking it because of that. Not returnable. Did not notice any benefits while taking but may not have taken long enough. It did not make my heart race.
