**Q: is it safe for baby to chew on it/take it in the mouth?**
A: Kissing and hugging is fine but definitely not chewing and biting.

**Q: Does come with barking sound?  Prefer it doesn't since I don't want to give it to my daughter during sleep and it wakes her up**
A: It does bark, but you have to press a button in the middle. I don't think it ever barked while she slept on it- I think it would be hard to set off unless you were trying to. My 9 yo still sleeps with this 

**Q: Is it machine washable?**
A: Hi there, thank you for the question. The GUND Baby Spunky Dog is not washing machine recommended. It is surface-washable.

**Q: how much bigger is the medium versus the baby gund spunky?**
A: The medium spunky is about 2-3 times as large as the baby spunky.  The medium size is a little big for a newborn but my kid started sleeping with his medium "dogbo" around 6mo old.  He is 3 now, we are on the 3rd dog.  They hold up really well, we just buy extras for daycare and grandmas house.  He still has the original one!

Opened up the clear packaging and was met with this soft cutie! I ordered him last month so I forgot he was supposed to have a barking sound. I felt the voice box in there and nothing I did would make him bark I found the specific button on the box and it didn't work! This is actually preferred for me :) but for those who wanted him specifically because he barked may be disappointed if it arrives not barking
