Home exercise equipment, especially cheaper home exercise equipment, has quite rightly got a pretty bad reputation, so I ordered these with a somewhat philosphical attitude towards what would arrive. I am delighted to say that my low expectations were unfounded. These dip bars are fantastic!! The real game changer are the adjustable stabilising bars, that allow accurate repeatable spacing between the bars for consistency workout to workout, as well as ensuring that they remain upright and reduce the risk to your shoulders and elbows through accident. As to their sturdiness, I weigh 100kg (16 stone), and dip with a heavy band looped through that handles and over my neck, meaning at the top of the dip, there is over 130kg of downward force experienced by the bars. Not so much as a creak or complaint from the welds. Same story when I lay one of the bars flat, and use the side supports as handles for deficit push ups - again, banded, full bodyweight + and solid as a rock. They also allow one to do horizontal pull ups, or body rows, meaning you can use them equally for a variety of modified pulling exercises to balance your workouts- lots of ideas available on Youtube involving similar equipment. The bars were easy to assemble, and remain user friendly and space efficient if you have to unattach them for storage. If you are still avoiding gyms and continuing to workout at home, these are an excellent and low cost way of adding options to your upper body resistance work, and I recommend them without reservation.

Great value on these. Lightweight and easy to use and does the job perfectly. Adjustable to make the bars wider and higher so perfect for all shapes and sizes.

The bars are very sturdy, reliable and look nice. There were some initial problems though, namely 3 left legs and 1 right were sent instead of 2 of each. A replacement leg was quickly sent by the suppliers, who responded efficiently. Another problem was that weld spatter remained in one or two of the screw holes, which had to be filed out. Again, the suppliers responded, saying that component parts would be checked more thoroughly in future. All in all though, once the bars were assembled, I was very pleased with them, and they feel solid and stable to use, and look like they will remain durable and last a very long time.

I’ve been using these dip bars almost daily, and they’re seriously impressive. The stability is unmatched—they don’t wobble or slide around, even when I push them hard. The adjustable height and width make them perfect for all sorts of exercises like dips, leg raises, and even rows. The padded handles are a nice touch—super comfortable and easy on the hands during longer sessions. They’re also really easy to set up and take down, which is ideal if you’re tight on space. If you’re looking for quality dip bars that can handle anything you throw at them, these are 100% worth it!

These bars are decent and you could get a solid workout from them, however they do have a few problems which is why I have given 3 stars. Pros: Very easy and simple to assemble, sturdy when connected with the stabilisers, adjustable height, comfortable grip with the padding, light enough to move around with, easy to take apart and store Cons: Extremely slippery on wooden flooring (requires rubber flooring or carpet), quite wobbly on the highest height (only held by 4 screws on each bar), not really safe to use without the stabilisers as they do wobble a bit, plastic adjustable base to help stability (good idea but flawed design) they make the bars slippery and even more wobbly (would had preferred a rubber base), should be Yoleo brand however there was no branding on the bars, box or even manual which seams like a knockoff

Build wise, it is quite good. I'd knock off half a star (as it is very difficult to make each side parallel) but really, it is neither here nor there. Extremely durable, never had a fear it would break apart on me. Quite easy to assemble also.
