You mentioned that the default position of the Minute & Seconds can be adjusted however the only the second dial (6o clock) is adjustable ?

Use bottom chronograph button to first Reset and then put the crown to outermost position (Time adjust) and long-press the bottom chronograph button to adjust position of Minute subdial. Finally press the crown back to start the watch and the current position of Min. subdial should be default position. Please note that both Second and Min. subdials work together and not independently.

How to adjust Chronograph ?

The 24-Hour chronograph is synced with the normal Hour-hand on the main dial. The Top right button "Starts/Pause" the chronograph/stop watch and the Bottom right button is for "Reset" to default position. When the crown is pulled to adjust time, the default position of the Minute (9') and Seconds (6') can be adjusted using the Bottom right button.

There are 3 chronographs, the one on the right (3 o' clock) is for night/day Hour format, like 24-Hour dial. The one at bottom 6 O' clock position is for Seconds and left 9 O' clock position is for Minutes (1-60 with 5 mins marking). They two work together as a Stop Watch.
