Love this product! It was VERY easy to install and operate. As promised, it DOES deliver a strong, hard flow of water. Only little bugaboos: 1) I ordered the upgrade, with a six foot hose. THAT was not included.. a 5 ft. one was which means I have to purchase an additional hose (as I wash my tiny dog in the bathtub and hose doesn't reach "comfortably"); 2) Package came "reboxed" with no instructions for install or using but APEARS new (had to contact manufacture for full instruction manual...DON'T just hang a shower head. If you do it wrong, while it MIGHT LOOK fine at first, you can get leaks in wall behind SO always make sure you get and SAVE directions for install and usage). 3) Leaked a LOT before using plumber's tape on ALL connections. Other than those little things... I LOVE the product and being a lady, of COURSE, I'm persnickety about bathroom things! I give it 5 stars EXCEPT that it arrived "reboxed", which makes me a bit nervous. Plumbing repairs can be DEVASTATING! My advise...order the ORIGINAL, not "upgraded" lenth hose and an 8ft. hose separately. The "upgraded" hose is NOT an upgrade. The one that Amazon packed WILL have to be replaced. It's a less than $10.00 part. I recommend the product BUT NEW, in original box, and buy extension hose separately. I'm calling manufacturer in morning to resolve the bugaboos. It's a GREAT product, especially for price! OH! BTW...when I went to check out, Amazon's computers tried to get me to purchase "professional installation" for approximately $89.00. It's a SHOWER HEAD! I installed mine having pneumonia! I felt sick but got it in and a soothing mist steam to follow. No biggie on install. Just make sure you use the plumber's tape on lock nut and on hose. It DOES take a little more than hand tightening... I just used a rubber glove to tighten points as a wrench can break plastic. BTW, Amazon, PLEASE at least INCLUDE the original box and directions when you rebox! I save ALL of those things in case I need them in future. Happy showering! 🚿🚿🚿

Received and installed this Fixture today, installation was easy but I'm not inexperienced with such things, still, it should lend itself to an easy installation for a novice too with decent instructions and the included Pipe Tape for folks that wouldn't normally have that on hand, that's a nice little touch from the Manufacturer. After using it for the first time I would say I'm impressed with the overall quality of the Fixture and the water volume — I removed both Water Savers prior to installation mind you so I can't speak to the water pressure with the Water Saver installed. The Fixture is mostly plastic, in reality other than the hose it's all plastic, the Diverter, the main Shower Head and the Wand Head are plastic which if it's not abused is fine. The directional swivel point on the main Shower Head is tight so it doesn't feel cheap, it didn't move position while adjusting the spray pattern which is why I say it's tight, that's a good thing, however it is plastic, so just treat it like plastic and it should last a long time. The Locking Ring for the Diverter is a nice touch, it threads on first ahead of the Diverter and it hides the exposed threads that would normally be visible, most higher end Fixtures don't include this simple piece that adds to the aesthetically pleasing look with no exposed threads.

This product has a nice spray, and I appreciate the option to switch over to handhold. We got the longer hose, which turned out to be a good choice. We need it to reach across the tub (to bathe the dog.) I will say, that on a couple of the settings, the spray feels a bit sharp. It takes a moment or two to adjust to it.

Yes it's mostly plastic and we'll see how that goes as time passes. Can't expect different based on price. Installation was relatively easy. I had to use plumbers tape on all connections, not a big deal. One item of note, when connecting the hand shower hose to the base I had to use way more than hand tighten to stop leakage. Really had to crank it tight with a wrench even though instructions say hand tighten only. Could just be the one I received but give it a try if you can't stop a leak. I removed water restrict device from shower head. Instructions say there is also one in hand shower but it was not installed on mine so it saved me the removal step. That being said it still does not have the pressure I would like but that's a personal preference. Ok for the price.

My wife and I definitely recommend this shower head. My wife and I have looked for a chrome/metal dual shower head for quite some time. Looks like no one makes metal shower heads with a metal handheld. My wife and I decided to try this one out. The whole thing is made of heavy duty plastic. However, it looks really nice, installed in minutes and does not leak. Best of all, we have full water flow when using both the shower head and handheld wand at the same time. This was a concern for us, since we read so many reviews about some shower heads not delivering enough water when using both heads at the same time. However, I did remove the water flow restrictors as soon as I opened the box (which is a lot easier said than done...), so maybe that helped. We liked it so much, we decided to but one for our spare bathroom. However, the company we bought this head from originally was on back order, and the earliest we could get the shower head was 3 weeks. So I ordered what looked like the same head from another company. [ BEWARE....the head we originally ordered has a much larger main shower head than the handheld. The shower head we ordered from another company LOOKED the same and was disappointed when it arrived because the main head and handheld were the same size. But if you look closely at the picture of the item, you will see that the main shower head is the same size as the handheld. It would have been nice to have the larger main head, but I installed it anyway since it is a spare bathroom].

Very nice shower-head. It's just plastic, but I knew that before buying, and it looks like metallic/chrome. The different spray settings are excellent, with a nice variety (tho' we rarely use the mist settings since it always makes the water cooler). The one thing missing from these shower heads are a pause-setting (where flow is temporarily reduced to a trickle, to maintain temperature without wasting excess water, while using shampoo etc). Having the 2nd shower-head on the hose be higher than the regular shower head, when it's resting on the mount/clip, is great for taller people like myself, since it means that I can actually rinse hair without having to stoop down to get under the regular shower head. Of course having it on a hose also means that you can rinse those hard to rinse places more easily too It's lasted well over the few months we've had it for, and expect it'll last for at least a few years.

Remodeling and chose 2 of these because they are unique. What I've seen in the home improvement stores have the handheld inside the main shower head. I like this setup because you can use it so many ways and has a 6 foot hose which makes for easier cleaning of your shower as well as being more comfortable to handle. They are also hotel grade so they are solid without being too heavy or too lightweight like many I have seen.

I bought this shower head less than a year ago because I had left my previous one (that I had for 6 years and still worked great for around the same price) when I moved. I wasn’t extremely impressed when I got this one, but figured if it got the job done oh well. That is until about a week ago when I was showering and water started spraying out everywhere. I turned off the shower to see what was happening and saw that the connector/fitting had cracked. I had to change out the shower head in the middle of a shower and my bathroom was covered in water. Cons - • Cheap. Looks cheap and feels cheap. Is cheap. • Breaks after light use for less than a year • Poor water pressure if both heads are on • Poor coverage if only one head is on Pros - • Great if your whole bathroom needs a shower • Perfect if you like to take mid-shower plumbing breaks • Easy to install To sum it up this was a waste of money. I wouldn’t buy it again, but I might recommend it to someone I don’t like very much.
