Ok, I drive for Uber/Lyft. We are in the car for long period of times. Public restrooms are hard to find and fast food is not welcoming. So I bought this product! BAM! These are wonderful. As a guy, I can pull over to a more private part of a road and release! The edge protects from "drips" and the bag is big enough. The mechanism inside does absorb the "fluid" and you just seal it up and drop it in a trash. Whip it and zip it. I have used this twice and it saved my life! I highly recommend these bags if you are a driver. I will reorder

We decided to drive to a family member’s house in another state with four kids and two adults. Both families observed self quarantine for 10 days before the two days of travel. But we couldn’t figure out how to reduce exposure while we traveled. These bags became our solution! Helpful info but TMI ALERT: Two females and three males easily used these bags over a total of 28 hours of car travel. Our 4th child is still in diapers. Because of the age and size of our kids the little boys were able to pee into the bag while standing in our third row. The little girl sat (while wearing a dress) on the step to our van and we held the bag under her skirt and up against her body, shield pointed up. Adult male faced in to the car to pee into the bag and adult female wore a dress and hid behind the vehicle, which we strategically parked. Is it ideal? No. Did it save us a ton of time and the need to use public restrooms during a time you really can’t risk it? YES. You obviously can’t poop into them, so we would have been in trouble if anyone had to poop during our trip but they worked as intended for us. It’s weird to reuse them, but two kids could easily use one bag with room to spare before we tossed it. Make sure you bring toilet paper. We put the paper in the bag before it was tossed.

I live in Florida and I bought these to put them in our emergency-go-bags. We get hurricanes and sometimes tornadoes. I tested this mini toilet in the bathroom. I am a female and I used it standing up, I had to strip completely from the waist down. You have to have your legs apart. There was not leaking and the soft white fold on the top functions well for a female- there was no splashing. I have seen reviews where other women say you need to practice to use these- I don't understand why. Its super easy. You fill half the bag in one go. The bag fills with two goes. Each urinal bag is gray and it comes with a small white powder bag inside. Just as the instructions say on this Amazon listing, there is no need to open the small white bag. It sits inside and it dissolves on its own. The white powder expands and turns into little beads once it absorbs the humidity. It is only enough to absorb half a bag of liquid. With half a bag of liquid, it all turns semi-solid with no liquid. Its pretty cool. However, if you fill the whole bag with liquid, only half will turn into gel and the rest of the liquid will stay on top. It has a plastic zip-lock type seal at the top and it seals very well. By the way, the instructions that come on the bag are dumb. They tell you that after you use the urinal to seal it and then put it in the storage bag. They do not include any storage bag! There is other nonsense there too, the English is pretty bad. However, it's a straightforward item for which you don't really need instructions. These were 20 for $24.99 on Amazon, including shipping. I received 5 green bags in my package. Each green bag contains 4 urinals inside. I hate that the urinals are not individually packaged. Each green bag has to be cut or ripped to open it and cannot re-close. I am giving this item 4 stars because the urinals are not individually packed and because at $1.25 each I think they are overpriced for something that you will use once and then throw away. However they are still a lot cheaper than the Travel John brand. Travel John is 18 urinals for $35.98 on Amazon, $2 per bag- crazy! I have never tried a different brand and I don't feel like I have to, since these ones serve their purpose well and are cheaper. One of my sons has ADHD, and one of the things he struggles with is understanding the way his body communicates to him - so when he has to pee he has to go RIGHT THEN or will have an accident - even though he is well into grade school. We purchased these because more often than not, we will be in the car going somewhere and he will realize he has to go and we are not close to somewhere that has a public bathroom. We were pretty exasperated with having to RUSH and find a bathroom on a regular basis despite him going before we leave home. These have been SO helpful, and they are super easy to use even when in a rush. They fold mostly flat, so they store easily in the pocket in front of his seat in our vehicle. They have the same material that diapers have so they absorb an obscene amount of liquid and zip shut completely so they don’t spill while on the way home to toss in our outside trash bin. Definitely recommend.

This was a great cast gift when I was in Urinetown

The part on top is made of foam and it doesn't spread out easily on the girly parts. I wish it was strong plastic because it fold up closed on me and I got a little pee on my hands. You also have to open the crystal pouch for it to absorb the urine and no one has time for that. I would prefer the other brand called TravelJohn and I was being cheap. You get what you pay for.

Very handy old guy courtesy bag

Functionally very well thought out product. Looks like each bag can absorb 600ml within its chemical solution which goes into a seemingly crystalline (essentially dry)form you can then zip lock shut and disposed of. Nothing short of brilliant.

Best for toddler boys. Long trips, or lack of immediate washroom or clean washroom around, i.e. parks or stores. Saved so many moments of wet pants.
