this book is quite helpful and very informative. It provides great examples and the text is big and bright. It's not boring. The context is easy to follow.

As a person who took calculus 10 years ago, I find this book a great source for reviewing the materials. However, because it has been awhile, there are some gaps in my knowledge, which requires attention as I read the materials. For my own usage, this book is relatively great with examples and proofs, but I find this will be a challenge for students who are about to learn calculus. It is not very clear, and it relies on intuition too much. Furthermore, it sometimes even assumes the student already knows some knowledge. Anyone who wants to brush up on calculus or reviewing it for fun, I can highly suggest this book. Yet, if you are about to embark on the wonders of infinity, I would like to suggest another book or watch Khan Academy. This book might throw you off.

About the book, it's very good. But there is a problem with the delivery person. They left it outside in the rain. Fortunately, it was raining a little so the book was slightly affected. I have a small suggestion that the packager should pack the goods in wet-proof packaging and the delivery person should leave it in a place not affected by the rain.

Going to be using this to get a head start on the Saddleback College spring semester — now that the prerequisites are in the past and finally up to the computer science coreqs, this is a blast to say the least.

El libro es excelente; pero tiene problemas con los ejemplo y los ejercicios ya que mezcla unidades métricas con inglesas. Ejemplo Capítulo 1 ejercicios 1.1 Ejercicio 71, la solución no coincide los datos están en cm y la respuesta está en plg(in). 0<x<6 si los lados son 30 cm y 50 m?
