...for decades I’ve suffered from extreme “flat feet” and walking is always agony.Whenever I’ve met up with friends and there’s been walking involved I’ve had to return home due to blisters, sore ankles, and skeletal agony.In my days of playing footy, tennis..., I used to wonder how everyone else coped playing a sport, believing it was natural.Over the decades I’ve tried various insoles, not one has ever helped, however, these, thus far, seem almost miraculous. Not only are they comfortable but for the first time in my life, I can stand on one leg. Why wouldI want to stand on one leg? I was delivered by stork, of course. As well as practising martial arts, yoga, qigong, I’ve been that one person without any balance, being told to hold on to a wall or radiator, feeling as embarrassed as the class dunce.At long last, walking is a pain-free experience - I can even stand on one leg until cramp sets in.I imagine that is have been able to last the 90 minutes on the football field had these been available, rather than pleading due to my feet bleeding and that awful ankles agony.I guess I don't write that many reviews, however, I feel I need to spread the joy to the world that these are a real benefit for those poor soles that require some TLC.These are a genuine game-changer.I will be ordering more.

I used this product for nearly 3 years and have no issue with them. My story: I had plantar fasciitis ongoing for years but the only treatment that removed the pain was shockwave therapy, not insoles or trainers. However before the treatment I tried the Asics Nimbus 25 two years ago, it is a neutral design but has massive foam /gel added to the sole and it felt like massive relief for some going through the pain. I continued to use it but added this product which reinforced the support. After I had the shockwave therapy few months later, I continued with this support but also bought a second one. I am happy to recommend this product. To use it properly, remove existing insole and replace with this one.

Really really uncomfortable but I think that's the point. I suffer from Mortons neuroma and can walk about 10 mins with these in but will persevere as was recommended by my physio

Comfortable enough in trainers. Far too wide for dress shoes.

This is supposed to be just a product review, but I can't help to put some extra input.I can only guess, namely those who look for orthotics are going through various pains and aches and seek relief. I know exactly what it's like to have a foot problems and have pretty ruined feet myself.Short leg, which is a result of osteoarthritis. Consequently postural imbalance, collapsed arch on my left foot which pronates and puts extra strain onto my right foot (see the wear on the photo).NHS is not very helpful and they give you some cheap memory foam soles, which make situation worse.I also bought expensive custom orthotics. None of them eliminate problems. And bear in mind there is a wear and tear, so soon you'll need to purchase a new set or multiples for different footwear / occasions. So what to do?First you need to learn about your body and what works for you. You could do gait analysis. But you can also learn a lot from observing your walking, running, feet placement, posture, shoe wear etc. As with everything it is a combination of multiple factors. Unfortunately you cannot reverse these problems, but try to make it bearable. Loosing weight will greatly help and so the regular exercise; theres is plenty online instructions designed for feet related issues.The inserts themselves are comfortable, well build, with good materials, decent thickness, good absorption especially the heel cup. I've worn the one in the photo for about 7 months and must say they withstand the abuse quite well. They do not slip inside the shoe. No funny smells despite sweat.Make sure that you choose the correct type (high / low arch, wide / narrow) in the correct footwear. For instance if you want to raise arch but then your shoes are quite narrow and already have raised arch it may not work as the sole wont align into the shoe bed and will cause you extra discomfort, compression, tilting etc..What I am trying to say there isn't a miracle product which will work for everyone and everywhere.Therefore you'll need to experiment. Overtime due the changes of the biomechanics you'll more likelybuy a different design / type of the inserts and swap your footwear.

Fantastic inner soles. Have transformed my feet and comfort of my trainers. Highly recommend. Great quality and wash well.

Reordered these from a previous order having had great success with them and shipped was a completely different product (pictured) with no metatarsal dome. Will be requesting a refund.

sans semelle orthopédique spécifique, cela soulage et évite d'avoir trop mal et c'est déjà beaucoup.Mais si ça dure, il y a peut etre une pathologie, cela vaut quand meme la peine de consulter à mon avis pour prendre en compte notre morphologie

Hatte mir in der Wettkampfvorbereitung eine "plantar fasciitis" gelaufen und als mögliche (Mit-)Ursache die Überpronation in den Laufschuhen mit Carbon-Platte ausgemacht. Bin nun nach der "Saison" zurück auf die normalen Laufschuhe aber mit der VALSOLE-Einlage. Wegen der zunächst noch nicht ganz ausgeheilten Verletzung war die Einlage erst mal "anstrengend". Habe aber - vor allem nach dem Laufen und am Morgen danach - sofort Verbesserung gespürt und konnte damit nun trotz fortgesetztem Lauftraining schmerzfrei werden. Habe nachbestellt.

Tengo un problema fastidiado con el que se me ha ido cayendo un poco el arco de un pie (ya de por sí tengo los arcos tendiendo a bajos) y tenía dolores en el talón constantemente. Recordaba que hace años me había recomendado una podóloga el usar este tipo de plantillas (con arco y el cojín metatarsal) así que decidí hacer la prueba.Y la verdad que encantada, porque cuando me empieza a doler el pie, es ponerme las zapatillas en las que tengo las plantillas y genial, el dolor se minora increíblemente sólo con ese gesto, además son comodísimas.Por otro lado estoy haciendo ejercicios para fortalecer el pie y a ver si el problema va a menos ya que no pretendo (a priori) utilizan plantillas toda mi vida de no ser necesarias, pero para atajar los dolores, compensar la postura durante un rato (más que nada para no acostumbrar al pie) me han venido increíblemente bien estas plantillas y no me he gastado un pastón ni tiempo en ir a un podólogo de momento, así que como solución temporal, rápida, efectiva y económica, 10 puntos y no puedo más que recomendarlas.

Estas plantillas ortopédicas han marcado una gran diferencia en la comodidad de mis pies al caminar y estar de pie durante largos periodos. He notado una reducción significativa en el dolor y la fatiga, especialmente en el arco y el talón. Se adaptan bien a diferentes tipos de calzado y el material se siente de buena calidad y duradero. Estoy muy contento con el soporte que ofrecen y cómo han mejorado mi postura al caminar. Antes sufría de fascitis plantar regularmente y desde que uso las plantillas ha dejado de molestarme.Si tuviera que mencionar un pequeño detalle, diría que al principio pueden sentirse un poco firmes, y puede tomar un par de usos acostumbrarse a la sujeción del arco. Sin embargo, esta firmeza es precisamente lo que proporciona el soporte efectivo que necesito.En general, estoy muy satisfecho con las plantillas Valsole. Han sido una excelente solución para mis problemas de pies y las recomiendo a cualquiera que necesite soporte adicional y comodidad en su calzado diario.
