The pump it was sent with does not appear to work effectively and there also does not appear to be a place to insert the pump.***Update: I was able to locate a customer service email for the company online. Customer service was very responsive and willing to send a new unit if we couldn't solve the problem. However, upon finding an electric pump with attachments that fit the trainer, I was able to get it inflated. The problem appears to have been a defective pump. It appears I will be able to use the product satisfactorily, but it cost me a lot of time. ### ⭐ Keep your money...not worth it. By morning it was deflated. I pushed down on it and I could here the air coming out, despite the piece that was supposed to stop the air from coming out, being securely placed in it.
