A medium fits me perfectly. I bought this as an alternative to a dance belt (which are super uncomfortable) to provide some athletic support and smooth things out in the front when wearing tights. I know its not it's intended purpose, but it dose provide the perfect balance between support and comfort that I was after. The only problem is that the camel toes is way more pronounced than I thought it would be, and since i'm not "tucking" and want things out front and vertical, I wish it were a tad bit higher in the front and there was a non-camel toe version. Other than that, it has just the right amount of padding. Sizing is about right compared to the chart and similar to men's underwear sizing.Update: After a skating session wearing this, I am super satisfied. I have never worn a more comfortable thong that actually provides support. I found that wearing it inside-out under a pair of snug fitting women's boy-briefs helps smooth things out better. The material does seem to stretch out somewhat after the first wear, but wearing the boy-briefs over the top keeps it snug enough for my purposes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ levels out the bulge and is super comfy *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 14, 2018* I wear leggings and because I have more than the ladies that wear them well I would rather not be showing in public as i would rather not be arrested for showing off. This Levels the bulge out and makes it even. you can tell I'm a guy but it's not super apparent like hey here it is. Amazing product wish i bought one sooner. ### ⭐⭐ Not realistic *by P***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 5, 2018* Fits well and made well but Gaff is too ‘puffy’ --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/155950016-xianheng-men-hiding-gaff-panty-transvestite-transgender-crossdresser-underwear](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/155950016-xianheng-men-hiding-gaff-panty-transvestite-transgender-crossdresser-underwear) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
