They have instructions of how to put them on properly and although that sounds weird i followed the instructions and for the first time ever i didnt have the normal fight to get them on. They also come with a measuring tape, i assume to take your measurements before and after.once on they look and feel amazing. Really comfortable and it really feels like they hold you in well but without causing that horrible muffin top where they end.in the past due to the battle to get them on lol i have only really worn this type of underwear for going out but i am definately going to buy more as i could wear these as everyday underwear as they are so comfortable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable, good hold. I bought a size 12-14 and I am a size 12 most times and 14 depending on clothing. I think I could get away with a size 10-12 but reviews said it was too small, so I decided to buy this size.
