For people who has no neck or shoulder pain this pillow is ok. Please keep in mind, This pillow is definitely not a standard size pillow, it is slightly on the smaller side. For someone like me who has neck problem, this pillow literally gives me not only neck pain but also headache since I cannot get any neck support as it is too soft and it's not big enough.

When I laid my head on the pillow, it sank quite deeply, bringing my head closer to the surface than I expected. It also felt thinner than it appeared in the images, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I can’t quite say it’s value for money.
