Great pan
Love this pan! I use this most often for Vegan Caribbean Rum Cake (recipe below), but have also used it for a Vegan Banana Bundt and Vegan Spiced Applesauce Bundt. Very heavy duty, cake bakes evenly, and releases easily. Easy to clean. Highly recommend.Vegan Caribbean Rum CakeIngredientsCake2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour3/4 cups sugar3.4-ounce box instant Vegan vanilla pudding mix (not sugar-free)2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon salt1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Vegan, softened1/2 cup vegetable oil1/2 cup almond milk, room temperature1 cup applesauce1/2 cup rum, plain2 teaspoons vanilla extract1/4 teaspoon butter-rum flavorSyrup1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Vegan1/4 cup water3/4 cup sugar1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 cup rum, plain1/2 teaspoon vanilla extractPreheat oven to 325°F. Place the flour, sugar, pudding mix, baking powder, salt, butter, and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl, and mix at medium speed until everything is thoroughly combined. Beat in the milk and applesauce. When ready to serve, loosen the edges of the cake and invert onto your serving plate.

Nice Bundt Pan for general baking
I really like this because it is not as heavy as some of the cast aluminum pans. It only holds 10 cups of batter easily so if you are making anything larger than this, don't plan on using this pan (to allow for expansion of the batter).The pan seems to bake pretty evenly and so far is very easy to clean. I have had a non-stick pan similar to this before and the non-stick surface didn't last long at all, so I am hoping this one does better. I plan on trying some "sticky" things like Monkey bread or cinnamon bread to see how it will come out.I like how there is a lip to hold onto for turning out the cake inside, this is a really nice feature. I find that spraying with some type of cooking spray helps this to pop right out adn it is not so heavy that I feel like I could sprain my wrist trying to turn it over.I also like how the measurements are embossed on the top of the pan handles (9.75x3.38"). Although the total dimension are 3.58 x 12.05 x 10.82 inches (LXW.H).The nice thing is is this heavy enough to provide good even baking but not so heavy that it is difficult to manage. I would highly recommend this Bundt pan.

I just used this bundt pan for the first time. I combined a box of fudge brownie mix with a box of chocolate cake mix, added some milk, veg oil and eggs. Perfect!! Exceeds my wishes and expectations.

Good non-stick pan
The best thing about this is that I've never had a problem getting cakes out of it, which is sometimes a problem with bundt pans. However, I find I have to be very careful about baking times, as the dark colour means that cakes tend to burn quicker if left too long. I usually start checking about 15-20 minutes before the time stated in the recipe or bake at a slightly lower temperature than recommended in the recipe. Also, I usually end up with one section of the cake a little darker than the rest, though this could be due to hot spots in my oven.

El tamaño es perfecto para un pastel, caben bien en el hornito eléctrico.Si bien no son muy gruesos, la calidad es buena, se siente resistente y el pan desmolda sin problema.Me pareció buenísimo la opción de que venga en paquete de 2 y a un precio fabuloso ($360) .Se agradece bastante que tenga asas, pues hacen que sea mucho más fácil meter o sacar del horno.Solo hay que cuidar de no golpearlos, porque se pueden abollar (ya me sucedió al golpearlo sin querer al guardar).

En cuanto lo recibí y lo lavé, lo estrené. Leí excelentes comentarios en Amazon EUA y me dí a la tarea de confirmar si era verdad que es tan buen molde. Preparé una mezcla comercial, pero no leí bien las instrucciones de que al usar un molde tipo rosca debe ponerse engrasarse y enharinarse, así que cuando me dí cuenta, ya estaba en el horno, y pues a cruzar los dedos para que no fuera mucho el daño. Una vez listo lo dejé un tiempo prudente para voltearlo, y salió perfecto, sin dejar ni una migaja, parecía que el molde estaba nuevo y el pastel se coció de maravilla, parejo y con un dorado espectacular. Y el precio está de lujo, hay moldes igual de buenos que cuestan mínimo 4 veces más, y unos charchinos muy malos que cuestan un poco más que éste. Si estás leyendo esto, no dudes que éste molde es la mejor opción en precio y calidad.
