Excellent very comfortable and soft

Unbelievable support for hips and thigh muscles providing comfort I have previously been unable to obtain from any other product I have purchased. The fact that it adapts immediately if I change my position is also invaluable. More than highly recommended.

We bought this for my 88 year old mother-in-law who finds it increasingly difficult to sit for long periods. She loves it and has found it more comfortable than others she'd tried.

This is a five star review in two parts. One for the product and one for the customer service of Upper Echelon Products. I spend a lot of my day sitting down and found that my office chair’s foam seat had ‘bottomed out’ – pardon the pun. Needing something to prevent me becoming uncomfortable while sitting, I read the reviews and picked this item. It is every bit as good as the Amazon reviews and I was so pleased with it. Unfortunately I managed to get some food on the cover and thus needed to wash it, which I did, but found that the cover, although now clean, was slipping. I contacted Upper Echelon and described my problem. Their customer services people ( Z & Q, no full names) replied to my request, even over the Bank Holiday weekend. Not only were they very polite and helpful in their eMail replies, but a replacement was arranged the same day. This is a definite recommendation. Thank You to all at Upper Echelon.

Really good cushion, this is the second time I have brought this cushion,I use it for my home office chair, the first one I brought was still good after 2 years use, I gave it to someone who needed it for a wheelchair urgently so replaced it with exactly same cushion. It might not be the cheapest cushion but it is really comfortable to sit on , doesn't slip and doesn't go flat even after 8 hours still comfortable.

Good size for wheelchair and very comfortable, I would definitely recommend, am thinking of getting one for my gaming chair as well.

Did the job

Bought this a year ago amazing quality. Sturdiness. Stayed in shape and used daily in wheelchair However Bought one this week same supplier, arrived poor cheap product that is flimsy. No support Have returned Very disappointed and disgusting that quality has been reduced for the most vulnerable people that rely on these products to live daily normal quality lives Update , contacted company direct who were amazing and sending a replacement so 🙏 husband will be so happy to have an additional cushion same as last one

This product I think will work for most buyers. But for me I was hoping for more support in the seat. Also measure your seat and only buy if it fits in all dimensions - thinking that it's good enough when not filing out the whole seating area is not good.

I will definitely be shopping with this Company and will Recommend them to other people. I need Comfort when sitting in a Wheelchair and I purchased there Gel Infused Seat Cushion they didn't hesitate to give a Replacement when I had a problem with it I can't say enough goods things about the "Excellent Customer Care " that is so important because they stand behind there product. To receive " Exceptional Caring Customer Care from Quennie today made me Appreciate her and the Remarkable Care she takes with Customers .
