The indices and hands have usual good Seiko lume which lasts through the night. The bezel is not lumed.

It's Roman numeral from 1 to 7 but it has it in English too so not to worry. Most seikos have dual ones like French/ English or Japanese/English etc. All you have to do is set to English.

Hi. What type of pins are there in the bracelet?

Straight pins with a burr ,will only tap out one way which is indicated by arrows. Easily adjusted with a small electrical screw driver if you haven't the correct tool.
