Best in minimum prizeInduction Kadai is very nice Handle n overall design, strong and heavy. Before start using, you need wash three times using baking soda, onian, lemon or tamarind. Not recommendable to use dish wash detergent for the first time use. Use Baking soda or rock salt and rub well under all the carbon is washed out, dry under sun for a while and then use. Very good experience for me..

Though not happy initially, made it compatible 4 daily use( step by step instructions given below)
Reading all positive reviews placed an order 4 dis kadhai. But the delivered kadhai has 1 handle not stable. It's not properly riveted at 1 side. Depth is 3" . Want it to be replaced. But AMZN is only offering refund against return.Update:- handle is not properly riveted but quality of d kadhai is gr8. So how to make this suitable for daily purpose:-Step 1. Scrub inside nd outside with sandpaper.Step 2. Pour warm water. Wash with dish washing soap nd scrubber.Step 3. Scrub with sand paper again after drying.Step 4. Wash again. Let it dry.Step 5. Apply some oil all over its body including its handle.Step 6. Wash it with warm water nd soap. Pat it dry with paper towel. It's ready to use for cooking. Apply oil after everyday cleaning nd drying.Thank u.

Iron Kadhai- search your local market
Inspite of complain and return the replaced item was all the more rusted. It is far from 'value for money'. Finally, I bought from a local market, a better quality and cheaper price.

Genuine product - Total value for money
It’s a made of iron as per the description so needs to be oil coated soon after washing-drying. The base is flat & retains heat. Would be nice if it came with a lid but then I’m not complaining. Has become my go-to kadai in everyday cooking.

The kadhai is ok to buy if u r in urgent need.otherwise from a local roadside also u can buy in less amount .its not too heavy ,not of any popular brand .its an ok product.
