The item worked very well but has now developed a fault with the hdmi connection. It continually fails to the TV making it impossible to use. It connects then fails every 30 seconds. I have tried a reset, several other leads and on other TV's but the fault persists. The item was purchased in February, but now out of the return date. So a waste of money. I would have been able to return this to a store if I had purchased it in the fashion manner. One star is generous.

This unit will not play back or stream 4k video. It's a 1080p or 720p playback device only.False advertising. Avoid.

The remote control doesn't work properly, somz of the buttons stuck in the frame. The box loses very easily the wifii connection, freezing and blurring the immages. I'm very unhappy of the item thinking of my expectations.

ok brought a navida shield but when updated loses channels. had a android box in the past i think you can't go wrong with a android device

Bought item on 2nd June and now its completely packed up it won't switch on or do anything myself thinking it may be the remote so bought a replacement but alas it was that the main box had given up completely.So I'm not very happy with the item and will be looking for a refund or replacement with a better make of kodi box

Sent box back nothing but trouble.Sometimes comes on with just snow on the screen.Then stuck in standby.When it does come on blank screen.

Bought to replace an android box that had stopped working great picture for the price. Delivered within 2 days of ordering too when it wasn't expected for another 3 days

Be carefull this box come with a eurapien 2 pin plug on it .. no use in the uk
