SAS Certification Prep Guide: Statistical Business Analysis Using SAS9

Generally good guide book for SAS BA certificate. Very very useful for the exam. Cover 90% topics. need other source for the rest 10%.

The material in the book is good and does a decent job of explanation. The biggest problem is that the links to the data are no longer active so you cannot do the programming along with the book. I am learn best by doing. Even simple task, repetition re-enforces knowledge. It was kind of lame to just read code and not be able to test it for myself. I had to go to Kaggle and found a similar dataset.

Well written and worth the price.

I purchased this book as a suplement to the online sas class. As with other sas certification books that I've purchased though, it doesn't follow the same order as the sas online classes so you can't really use it lesson by lesson as reinforcement. In the past I've used them on thier own after I've completed the online material, but I didn't use this one at all.I'm sure on its own it is very good, but it just didn't fit the method I was using to learn the material and I passed the certification without it.

Amazing. Very clear and thorough! Authors did an amazing job at explaining and kept everything extremely interesting!

Very organized and detailed. Had a question and author responded immediately. Definitely prepares you for the certification exam.

Maybe my book was just missing the index? How do you find any terms? I have found this very expensive book absolutely useless as I can't find any of the terms I need to know about. And to top it off, it's $15 cheaper now.What kind of book like this doesn't have an index? How do you search for anything? The table of contents is too general. I end up googling the terms and then just reading those articles, which are not always very helpful or informative.

Didn't find it really helpful for preparing for the certification test.
