Alice Madness Returns And Anime Maid Dress Cosplay Fancy Apron Costume

Great quality! The dress was full length which I find to be a problem with a lot of purchased costumes, although if you want it to be as flared as is it is in the photo, you will want to purchase a petticoat. I wore mine without a petticoat and was still very happy! Some reviews mention the leggings were only thigh highs but mine were full tights and very comfortable and soft! This saved me from having to get garter clips and I really appreciated the seller making the adjustment to the costume, I assume based off the feedback in the reviews. So kudos to them! No frayed edges and the sewing on the costume was of a very high quality! I even received the necklace as a free gift unprompted. I know some people complained about how the apron velcros, but I actually liked it. Didn't have to worry about getting it tied, it stays in place well, and you can't really tell unless you were looking for it. I am just under 5 foot and it hit below the knees a little. I am going to want to shorten it some but that's only because I am so short, I expect it to fit someone of an average size perfectly! Only negative I have is that I expected there to be blood spatter on it the way there is in the photo, but it comes clean and pristine white. This wasn't a problem and just my own silly expectation, so buy some fake blood if you want the splattered look!

So the waist fit perfect but the arms run a bit small and I can fit through but not reach my arms more than 90 degrees up (so not halfway to hands over head). The apron is too long in back and droops extra fabric past the waist by a noticeable inch. The tights were too small for my legs (I weigh about 137 with evenly distributed weight- not super chunky legs or all guy you know) and ripped in the crotch because they didn't stretch a lot. Not terrible and looks like the picture but some sewing required for fit UPDATE: The company contacted me and said that they were willing to give me partial refund. They were very helpful and said that they are looking into different tights and updating the arm size.

The fitting for this costume is a bit weird. It's large around the torso area and tight at the waist line. The leggings that came with the outfit is so small only a toddler can fit in it! Other than that, this outfit is okay-ish, not 5-star worthy in my opinion. Just need to find another pair of leggings, the necklace and maybe add the blood since this outfit comes with no blood. Will be wearing this for an upcoming Alice In Wonderland cocktail experience in October with some friends. Hopefully it'll work out!

Bought this costume for my 13 year old granddaughter. I was very skeptical about purchasing because of the price and not being able to physically see it. But I ordered it anyway since it did look nice in the picture and most reviews were good. I must say the costume was well worth the money! Really nice made, quality material and the fit was spot on! The dress, apron and hose all are just quite pretty and so well made. It came in a timely manner also. I will give this advice, I ordered one size larger (figuring it could be taken in if needed) and I am so glad I did....this gave a perfect fit! So I think the sizing runs a little smaller. I now have a very happy granddaughter!

Great costume and well worth the price! I ordered this for our Daughter's bday and she loved it. I had to order a Small since the Xsmall was not offered with Prime Shipping. She normally wears a size 2, so I was a bit concerned that it would be a bit too big, but the small fit very well and could probably fit someone up to a 4 or 6. The dress hit right at her knees, which is good for her as she is special needs and I didn't want it too short. The tights are thigh highs, which I plan to order a full set instead, but thats only so she doesn't have any issues with them falling down while wearing them. I also plan to order a petty coat to make the skirt fuller. This is a quality costume and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an Alice Madness costume at a great price.

This was a good purchase overall. I'm a smaller person, but I got a medium because I was concerned the waist wouldn't fit if I got anything smaller, and I'm glad I did. The waist on this one fits me well. The dress is well-sewn overall and the lace trim is a nice feature. I can appreciate the sleeves too, because they match the more "puffed" look that they have in the game. The apron is nice as well and has the correct symbols sewn on to actual pockets. Mine has attached velcro straps that allow you to connect the two halves of the apron. The stockings are a nice material and come up to my lower thighs. There were a couple minor things -- when I put on the apron and used the velcro, I had some extra fabric bunched up in my back. Not a huge deal, and I'm 5'3" so that probably won't be an issue if you're taller. It'd also be nice if the bow could be attached to the apron another way -- mine just came with a safety pin in the back of it. Still not a deal breaker for me, though. The product description is somewhat ambiguous because it says it comes with a "skirt." You get a full dress, not just the lower half of it, and the same goes for the apron. The dress is also longer than depicted in the first photo. It comes down to my knees. Overall this is a good costume offered at a lower than average price, and I'm glad I bought it. The items are well-made and will work well for my Alice cosplay.

Size is snug but the quality of this particular costume is way better than a prior costume from another company. Will order from this manufacturer again. High quality fabric used on its construction. The snugness is ok still fits. If not ok with a snug fit order larger size. Fabric is of quality and doesn't stretch.
