Quality, price and durability
I've been using this product for quite some time because it really does make your wood floors 'pop'. When I first used it a few years ago, I remember that I forgot that I put it down in one particular room and stopped myself before I walked on the floor, just to realize that I had waxed that floor hours ago and it looked wet but was completely dry. It really gave it a shine, gloss and new life to my old wood parquet floors. They looked like they were refinished. I've had people come to my home after that particular occasion and offer to wait outside because they thought the floors were wet, and this was weeks after I waxed the floors. The shine lasts for a long time. ( It also depends on the foot traffic in your home too.)They looked THAT good! This stuff really brings your wood floors to life and they will look amazing. My local Home Depot/Lowes usually runs out of it quickly, so when I see it on Amazon I order it. I highly recommend it.

I used ZEP POLISH on a 2018 Fleetwood flair 31A, RV and was apprehensive but After years of trying every product out there, I read a lot of good stories about this Polish and thought I'd give it a try since nothing can get the front end fiberglass on these fiberglass cowlings shiny , I decided to use this , been using it 4 years and get compliments all the time, you must wash and dry and use the ZEP CLEANER FIRST and be amazed, I used a cheep sponge mop and covered the sponge area with a very old microfiber towels stretched over and rubber bands behind the sponge so you have the perfect applicator ! In a new paint tray use pour a couple cups at a time in tray and soak sponge wring and use up and down strokes working around RV about 10-20 min will dry quickly, 2nd cut in using a 3"-4" foam brush, repeat 5 coats and cutting in , long afternoon but very satisfying
