This is a very nice and durable measuring cup, this is my second one The first one I had for 10 plus years until the writing came off.

We have the predecessors of this cup, and love it, but the plastic lip is cracking and we need a new one. Bought this hoping it’d be just like the old one - it’s not.First, it’s not glass as advertised. Not a huge issue as I really didn’t want glass. But it’s not as advertised.Second, the writing (measurements) are so light you have to hold it just right to see them. I imagine in a year or two all the writing will be gone.

As noted by other reviews, this is not glass yet is listed as glass. Made of cheap plastic which will not last + should be generally considered unsafe for contact with food products, especially if they are at room temperature or above.

Need to replace my old Pampered Chef Measuring cup this one is a different color but works perfectly!

I like the design which makes it easy for me to use for a quick recipe. However, I want everything to go in the dishwasher for sanitation purposes which this cannot. But it easily is disassembled for cleaning.
