As beautiful as it is functional!
I have several different items from this product line and they all have been top quality. My wife made chicken in this for the first time and it was incredibly easy and delicious!

Self-basting baking
The best way to bake a chicken! The cone serves to keep the bird basted and the result is splendid!

Cracks easily
The tajine cracked while I was cooking. They replaced it, but unfortunately the new one cracked again after just a few uses although it was used on low heat on an electric stove. I reached out to them, and they said they only offer a 1 time replacement. When I asked about a refund, they refused, saying they don’t refund items purchased through a retailer.

Tagine's are fun and easy to use
First off this is a quality made Tagine. I've never used one before and I tried a variation of the suggested Chicken recipe that came with the Tagine. I wasn't sure how the Cauliflower would turn out when I had fat baby carrots along with fresh string beans in there. After an hour and 30 mins on the electric stove, I was amazed at how everything was done and done well! I had baby carrots that were done and Cauliflower that wasn't mush! The Chicken was great. I ate it for two nights in a row. I'll be using this again and I am really thinking this Tagine is really going to make a great stew. Big enough to feed two or three people, maybe four depending on what you have with it.

Fabulous Pot
I bought a vegetarian tagine cookbook by Ghillie Basan that has recipes to die for. Omg, try Bean tagine with harissa and coriander. Have it with fresh bread. Die happy. Anyway, I bought this tagine mostly because of the reviews. I didn't know what kind of tagine to buy - even though you can make a tagine in a Dutch oven - and so I did a lot of scrolling before plunking down my credit card. I really didn't know if the conical lid would make that much of a difference. I think it might. Everything cooks to perfection. The pot seems to self baste and every tagine I make takes only about 40 minutes or so to cook. 40 minute means I put it in the tagine pot and essentially walk away. Also the pot is super easy to clean and it's beautiful to look at on the stove. You do have to season it before use, but it's no trouble at all.

the lid broke
I’ve had my Emile Henry tagine for years and have been very satisfied with it. Unfortunately, without realizing it, the edge of the lid broke, so the tagine is no longer properly sealed. I’m wondering if it’s possible to obtain a replacement lid, as I would really like to continue using the product and would appreciate any options for repair or replacement.

Ottimo prodotto
Ottimo prodotto.
