This compression sleeve does the job. I don't know if I'm 100% sold on the pressure points but I do know that the compression sleeve was comfortable enough for me to run a half marathon with tendonitis. I would highly recommend this for a short term solution to foot pain or the need for foot compression.

This started out great. I have been wearing it everyday for mild support. However it is starting to stretch out a little now, after 3 weeks. Still has some compression though. A little pricey, for it's optimum lifespan, but I was looking for something other than neoprene.

Note: this review applies to the Tri-Zone Ankle Compression Sleeve. I expected more from a company with a reputation in the medical device field, having worn a $1000 Donjoy carbon fiber knee brace years ago. This iteration of their ankle support line is nothing more than an expensive gimmick. You can expect minimal support--that is, more support than wearing nothing. That's worth about $10. Everything else, however, is marketing. To wit: 1. "Three zones of compression strategically placed around the ankle to deliver peak performance". Yes, if peak performance is equivalent to a basic drug store brace. 2. "Silicone banding injected directly onto the sleeve adds medial/lateral support to sprained ligaments, strained tendons and weak ankles". Yes, there is, but its purpose seems to be purely decorative. The "banding" is way too flimsy to provide any meaningful support. Also, in terms of comfort, there is a joint of two seams, one running down the back of the calf, the other rimming the hole for the heel. These seams meet right at the bottom of the achilles, almost guaranteeing a blister unless you wear something underneath--or even if you do.Bottom line--if you need minimal support, buy something cheaper. If you need real support, buy something better.

My ankle was shattered in a compound fracture several years ago and several surgeries ago. Today I have post-traumatic arthritis and really badly-frayed nerve endings in the ankle and foot. I can't squat properly but have recently begun some dance exercises, and my ankle was swelling like crazy. This brace completely supports it and takes all the pain away. Highly recommended.

I can finally walk with out having to limp or favor my right side because my ankle on my left foot hurts. This product works and I recommend that everyone who has an ankle problems should buy it. You won't regret it! :)

This is by far the best ankle brace I've bought. I have bad ankles and have wasted good money on products that don't work. This one prevents the swelling, and greatly reduces the pain. I will be buying another one.

The shining black plastic on the lateral side of the brace is flexible and thinner than it looks. It seems to give some support, going on a week of use at this point. Used in conjunction with superfeet insoles the pain from having ankle instability and flat feet is lessened while running track.

This product stretches over the ankle and provides great support all day long, while fitting cleanly into your shoe.
