**Q: Are these shoes for elderly seniors (over 65)? are they very light weight? comfortable? and elastic laces? i want to buy for my dad, recommendations?**
A: Hope you bought them.  I am 76.  Have two pair.  Best, most comfortable shoes I have worn.  Lightweight, slip-on, but sturdy.  The elastic on each side by the top holds shoe in place as you walk.  There are a lot of Skechers out there, but these are maybe the best fitting.  Remember, they are relaxed fit. Good Luck!

A: Yes I have washed them once and they stayed to shape with air dry

**Q: is the wide size equivalent to the 13 EE?**
A: Not sure on the EE, but the wide is the widest shoe I have found. Very comfortable
