This book not only gives guidance on spiritual coaching, but also helps to transform the life of a coach, if one truly and seriously practice what the authors share in the book. I really enjoyed learning and growing from this book.

As a C12 Chair, we wear a lot of hats. Sometimes we need to be a coach within our abilities and opportunities.This book helped me identify where I’m equipped but more importantly, where I am not. I am a much better Chair for reading this book!

Improve my spirituality coaching

Spiritual Leadership Coaching will be appreciated by any leader, but is especially helpful to those who support influencers who are on an increasingly higher level of living, personal and professional. Blackaby and Royall understand leaders, even more they are thoroughly knowledgeable about excellent coaching. When you read this book, you will sense that the authors love God and people and desire to help others do the same. You will also receive down-to-earth expert advice about what coaching is and what it is not. Once you have read SLC, you will want to keep it nearby to refer to again and again. You will also want to purchase several copies and pass to other leaders. It is that good. Kudos to Richard and Bob, two great men who are making a big difference in the lives of many thousands of people.

This isn’t a theoretical how to book! Richard and Bob have spent years providing outstanding spiritual leadership and they help you experience how to connect people to God’s heart and purposes. From a humble heart these two open up the experience to the reader in a way that will become a part of your spiritual walk and leadership.

The authors clearly define the distinction of spiritual leadership coaching in comparison to counseling, consulting and even contemporary coaching. I have had the privilege of attending BMI workshops and becoming a certified Spiritual Leadership Coach with Blackaby Ministries International. I have observed and experienced the authors' genuine hearts of compassion, caring and devotion. Those who read this book will sense that heart as well. I greatly respect Richard Blackaby, Bob Royall and Brett Pyle for their expertise and dedicated hearts as they walk alongside people who are serious about joining God as they discover the extraordinary ways He is at work in their lives.

This book inspired my personal walk with Christ as well as gave me the tools to help others connect with Jesus and find His purpose for their lives. It is rare for a "how to" book to be inspirational. The reader will find the skills in the book to be helpful in a variety of contexts -- business, coaching, counseling, family, and church -- just to name a few.
