34295 18/8 Stainless Steel China Cap Strainer, 9-Inch, Fine Mesh

I do a lot of cooking and baking that requires fine straining of gravy‘s sauces and custard‘s, so I needed one of these. But it’s a lot larger than I anticipated, so finding storage space for it when not in use is a little challenging. with the handle, it’s almost 18 inches long by 11 or 12 inches deep from the end of the cone to the top of the lip. I’m fortunate in that I have a walk-in pantry and I was able to hang a hook on the wall where this will hang. Because at first, I tried storing it in my baking cabinet and it just was awkward.

It's used daily in the restaurant, and is holding up very well.

This item is ginormous. When I went to return it, I had to pay for return. It was not indicated that I would have to pay until I arrived at UPS. I won’t use this seller again.

I cook a lot and this is great for staining large amounts.

After making a large ish recipe of beef stock and pho (each yielding 7-8 liter/qt) and using a medium strainer I came across this. Made filtering MUCH easier!!! Highly recommend this or one like it. I’ve only used it a few times, but feels durable enough and easy to clean.

Pedí malla fina y me llegó malla gruesa, o si según ellos me dieron lo que pedí no me quiero imaginar como manejan su malla gruesa. La calidad es pésima, pienso tirarlo e ir a un tianguis a comprar uno por mucho menos dinero y mejor calidad.
