very good lipstick, mood lipstick, it's green but when applied it's soft to medium pink sometimes changes to lighter, it's ALL DayLipstick, has moisture for lips, last all day, even if wears off a little bit, you still have color onyour lips.

I love this lipstick. I have very light skin and finding a lipstick that enhances my coloring is not easy. But Moodmatcher is like magic. For my complexion, both the green and the blue turn into different shades of pink and both pinks flatter my coloring. Plus they stay on all day and do not dry my lips. Really, this is a good product and as a bonus, it's made in the USA.

I love this lipstick. Specifically the brown lipstick. It stains my lips a pretty red coral color. My lips pretty much are stained all day! It’s amazing! When I apply it I don’t ever put it on full force because it can be really bright on me. It takes about 5 minutes to show full color too but when it does, it’s beautiful! I like applying it, waiting, and then taking some of it off with a piece of paper towel. I like to use a little bit of lip liner and then lip balm on top! I always go back to this lipstick when I want something to last all day. It’s my go to every day lip color for the past 5 years. It doesn’t smell or taste like anything in my opinion. I won’t ever trade this for anything. I highly recommend.💯2026 UPDATE- Still the best lipstick I’ve ever worn. Lasts all day and now I love pairing it with the Palladio lip stain in Mocha (I use that as a lip liner). I always go back to this. I hope they never get rid of the brown one, it’s my favorite.

Goes on very soft and creamy, with the feel of a moisturizer. Color is lovely. But the color didn’t stain and last for hours like the old Mood Magic lipsticks did. Still, for the price, it’s a good buy.

Love this lipstick. The seller worked with me to push up the delivery date so that I could get it before a road trip. Long lasting wear and good value for the money. I'm sure that you could pay a lot more for another lipstick (I happen to love MAC cosmetics too), but I've always liked this brand lipstick.

I have used Mood Matcher lipstick since the late 1980s. I specifically used the green shade, though have used others too. I recently bought two tubes of green and was thrilled to see new packaging. The original tubes would constantly get loose and the cap would not stay on. The new tubes work much better, the cap stays on.I LOVED Mood Matchers and would always recommend it to other people. However, these two new tubes are terrible! The formula must be different! They have no staying power and the color is not the same. I am totally dismayed and about to search for the original tubes because they will have the original formula and work like they always did!I will continue to use MM because it's still does have better staying power than regular lipsticks. I often put it on UNDER regular lipstick, so when they wear off from eating etc. the Mood Matcher still remains with some color.I don’t know who’s idea it was to change this wonderful lipstick but please put it back to the original!!!

UPDATE: December 1, 2017. After wearing this lipstick for a couple of weeks, I would like to provide an update on my experience. I must report that with extended use it can become quite drying. Exfoliation becomes absolutely necessary as dry patches of skin appear on the lips (that is what is happening to me at this moment). I have been using lip balm before going to bed every night in an attempt to keep my lips moist, but regular sloughing of skin is still necessary. Also, contrary to what I reported about the lipstick not "feathering" i.e. seeping into the fine lines around lips, sadly, that, too is happening. Due to these problems, I'm removing one star from my review. I do think this lipstick would be terrific for younger ladies who do not have the aging problems of dry skin and small vertical lines around their lips. My search for the perfect staining lipstick continues! Please feel free to recommend something you swear by, dear older ladies!Some women love eye makeup and others love lipstick. I am a lipstick person. I have been searching for a lipstick that delivers what this one promises and could kick myself for not having found Fran Wilson MOODmatcher lipstick earlier! The color (I purchased the color "red") is a very soft, yet true red. It glides on smoothly and leaves a soft sheen on the lips. I wiped it off with a tissue to see if it really does stain the lips and the answer is YES!I am a woman who MUST have color on her lips at all times and have looked everywhere for a lipstick that really stains the skin. I shall look no further and plan to order more, perhaps trying another shade, but definitely staying with this red. My favorite part of this purchase is the staining factor. After the lipstick is gone and your lips are "bare," you'll find they will have been stained with an intense color. No more worrying about how you look in public without lipstick! No more running to the ladies' room to reapply! And to think it cost just a few dollars! I have tried very high end lipsticks costing almost $40.00 and they didn't offer the stain or long lasting benefit I had hoped to find. For more opaque color impact, try your favorite matte lipstick over the MOODmatcher. You'll find that the matte lipstick glides on much more smoothly than it would if used alone.To "older" ladies, (like me!) it does NOT bleed into the little lines around the lips as much as other lipsticks. I have one deeper line that had a tiny bit of lipstick in it, but not nearly as much as with the more expensive brands I have used. Also...another plus...this product is MADE IN USA!!!To be fair, I will state a couple of "down sides" which are not much to complain about, given the meager price. The bullet (the lipstick itself) is on the small side, which surprised me a bit. Also, the plastic tube is very basic...do not expect to receive a glamorous looking tube. These are merely superficial issues. I can't recommend this lipstick more highly!

The lipstick itself is lovely. It lasts all day (since it stains your lips) but stays moist and doesn't dry out. It goes on very well like a delightful chapstick. My only advice to anyone purchasing this product is don't expect the colour to be exact. I purchased it in the black colour but it goes on a bright red/pink colour. Although I was hoping for a new black lipstick (since I can't find any where I live), I am not disappointed with this purchase. Overall it is very good quality for the price.

Love the colour stays on after eating

I absolutely LOVE this lipstick stain. It starts glossy like a regular lipstick and as the day goes on it stays as a lip stain and looks like I still have colour!! Even after eating. Picture above is a 6 hours (every hour) to show the colour lasting... it’s great for work so I don’t have to reapply all the time!And it doesn’t leak in other either. It gets darker in the cold. This is the red colour stain, but the pink one is just as good!! I bought some for my sister and mom for Christmas!!
