I bought this based on the reviews. It is lightweight, looks good, and is a reputable brand. I am no hair stylist and don't have a clue what I'm doing, however I wanted a dryer with a diffuser, for my short wavy hair, and after reading the reviews opted for this. After googling how to dry hair using a diffuser (told you, I'm clueless!) I gave it a go, and using the lowest setting had a go, and my hair after although not well done due to my cack-handedness, it wasn't frizzy and the heat was the nicest I had, it felt powerful but not like it was going to blast my hair into next door, and it was a cool and comfortable heat. It's the first time I've enjoyed using a hair dryer and really pleased I bought it. A bonus that it is a decent price too.

Very pleased with hair dryer. A couple of things: the attachments can be quite difficult to put on and remove; I find the switches slightly awkward to use. However, it is very easy to use to style and is powerful.

This hairdryer is great for a normal hairdryer it has 3 different heat settings and different speeds. It drys my hair fast and it’s very lightweight and looks good too. If you just need a normal hairdryer that does the job for a great price this is it. However the reason I bought this hairdryer was because mine broke and I wanted to buy one especially for curly hair. So as far as this is concerned I wouldn’t say it is anything special, the diffuser is very flat and it hasn’t made any difference to my curls which has been disappointing. Next time I think I will try a diffuser with a deeper bowl shape from all the advice I have read online as this one doesn’t seem to do anything for curls but I still would recommend it as a lovely efficient hair dryer in general.

Another prezzie for wife. I let my imagination run wild with this one! Actually, it was one of those 'I need a hair dryer but hope it will be bought as a standard household item, rather than a present' moments for my wife, when musing over what she'd like for b/day. Like most men, I appreciate direction in these things to avoid adding to the millions of useless last-minute purchases made over the years. After the obligatory 100+ hours of research I settled on this one. She likes it very much. I dislike it for all the reasons you will like it: 1. It looks like a ray gun but I can't shoot anyone 2. Sounds like a Boeing 797 taking off...not very cool when you've come off nights and she's drying her ******* hair in the same room 3. I used to be able to dry the dog with the old one. After being exposed to this once, where it nearly blew her fur coat off, she now turns to jelly every time she hears it, let alone get her upstairs for doggie de-smell time 4. I can't prove it but I think it's started to blow the wallpaper off, unless that's my wife providing her usual contribution to decorating...pull a few pieces off, moan for weeks, before harassing me into a major job with the scraper. 5. It weighs as much as a small car. When I stumble about going to work in the dark and kick this it doesn't move, whereas newtons laws of physics mean I move backwards and then up and down whilst she has the cheek to complain about me making a noise!! Grrrrr 6. It seems well made so I'm gonna be stuck with this for ages. I wouldn't mind so much if I actually had some hair myself. Might get some extensions glued on so I can blast her out of bed whilst drying my locks

I’ve been using this hairdryer for years. Normally I’ll get it from Argos, but they’ve stopped selling it. It must be discontinued, as I’ve had this model for pretty much give or take a decade. I needed one for my daughter at uni. It gives out warm air, like a comfort blanket. It’s not to noisy either. It dries very quickly. It’s the best hairdryer I have every used. I don’t think I’ll ever want to try a different brand or model. Just try not to tug the wires or yank it (like the children have before) , and you’ll be fine. I couldn’t recommend this hairdryer enough. It’s such a bargain to and you would definitely get your money’s worth out of it. It comes with a diffuser head and a nozzle for straight hair. Just make sure you have your leave in conditioner / mask in before using the diffuser to avoid frizz. Babyliss, please continue with this model and don’t discontinue. I’ll be lost without it, and thank you for a great product.

Erg blij met deze jongen, doet precies wat het moet doen. Maakt je haar zacht, netjes droog zonder te frituren. Ik heb nogal lang haar en door ziekte wat poreus dus ik gebruik alleen de koelere stand. Werkt prima en snel. Ligt fijn in de hand en maakt geen kneiterharde herrie. Ik kan deze fohn absoluut aanraden!
