Great memory! Work fine in my dell i7559...and as I installed it I see the dell came with the same memory brand...restarted my laptop and a bios message told me that memory as changed I click ok and the memory was recognized right away. I get much fps in my games and can open more app at the same.…I 'm happy with the purchase and I highly recommend it.

This is the same OEM brand found in the older iMacs that still uses DDR3. We tried and bought a bunch of "Crucial" memory that was supposed to be compatible. And even the "Geniuses" at the apple store couldn't figure it out. But having worked at a memory company before, just cause you match specs, it doesn't mean it'll actually work on finicky systems.So if all else fails on your Mac, try this one as this is direct OEM HYNIX, not a 3rd party manufacturer using Hynix chips.

It is exactly what I ordered. It is the Identical Make and Model as the one that came preinstalled in my laptop. So I get to double my Laptops Memory to 16GB using the exact part that matches the preinstalled one.I bought my laptop in 2015, and the date code on the RAM that came preinstalled was late 2014, the date code of this part is earlier in 2014. It works fine, and is exactly what I wanted (same make and type as I have) , but the date code does make me wonder if it was a really a new never been used part, or one that came out of a similar 2015 laptop?But at this price who cares when it works?

Funny thing when purchasing laptop memory, If you dont get the right type or compatible brand you might have problems. Who would have thought lol. Well if you are purchasing Memory for a HP Touch envy, take the time to open the laptop up and look at what is already in on the laptop. DO NOT TRUST THE MANUFACTURE OR BOX. With that said, After purchasing this memory my laptop is running at top performance. Never use Hynix Memory before but i gotta say i am impressed.

I spent a great deal of time looking for the best deal for memory for my Asus Q301 2-in-1 Laptop, and was about to settle on a different brand of memory. Before I made the final decision I read a review that suggested an upgrade of memory should be done with the same brand, if available, should be used. Following that advice I purchased the Hynix memory and have not regretted it. At the same time I ordered and installed a 275GB Crucial MX300 3D NAND SATA 2.5 inch SSD.The difference by taking the memory to the machine's max and adding the SSD is the same difference between night and day.If you are on the edge of deciding to make these two upgrades and are not in the market for a newer machine, and you can add these products, you should not even think about, but just do it.

I got this to upgrade the RAM in a friends HP Pavilion 11-n010dx x360. While there were other similar ram modules available to help avoid combability issue I liked this one for two reasons. Firstly - It was the same OEM just at 8192 MB x 1 (8GB) instead of the 4096 MB x 1 (4GB) that comes with the laptop. Secondly, this module supports the low voltage which is important to avoid damaging any components. Friend was happy with how much snappier the system ran.

Upgraded my WD PR4100 with 2 of these and it made all the difference in the world. Now skipping commercials, FF/RW live TV is as seamless as it was when we had Tivo other DVR and nobody would ever suspect that we were streaming from NAS in the basement and not a DVR connected directly to the TV.

Went from 8gb to 16gb. Was doing a few things that were running out of ram and crashing the software. Have a Dell Latitude E6420 with a MAX ram of 8gb. Lots of folks say you can add more....you can definitely go 16gb. Everything showed up on the reboot and the things that were crashing are now running flawlessly. Good Stuff!

First ram that I got didn't work in my HP envy 15 laptop but then I requested a replacement and replacment came in just 2 days (I live in small town so 2 days is considered fast) and that second RAM worked and running in duel channel with previous ram that came with laptop , thank you Amazon and seller

this didn't work on my Dell Inspiron 15 3558 but the seller mentioned that i would in Q&A section.

I couldn't find the hynix tag on the ram that i have got, infact it's packaging was also cheap , seemingly, but it's running well.inaddition , one another thing that i notice about imrovement of my laptop 's performance that we need to install ssd to get higher performance than just upgrading a ram.

RAM has been doing it's job without issue, delivery was fast, ram was packed well and it did not fail any memory tests.I have it mixed with ram model HMT41GS6BFR8A-PB which is PC-14900, PC3-12800, PC3-10600, PC3-8500, while HMT41GS6AFR8A-PB is only PC3-12800, PC3-10600, PC3-8500.

price is high,but had to order this since my lappy has exactly same inside other slot
