These dragonflies will not be ruined by heavy rains and stay in shapes, and water really does slide off them. Review: They really work. Very nice quality didn’t break any. - Who thought this would work? Well it does. Most of the gnats, flies and other flying insects are gone from my entry area. These were super effective. I have read about many other brands and some said they were fragile and hard to open. THESE WERE NOT. They were easy, I didn’t break a single one. The size and colors are not only effective it they look so cute in my pots. The cost of these is so minimal and the effect so amazing everyone should buy a set. I highly recommend
Review: Super cute decorations! - I got these in hopes that they may deter mosquitoes and other bugs from my outdoor area. I’m not sure if they will help yet, but I can tell you that there are adorable and worth it just as decorations! This set came with a LOT of dragonflies. The group you see me holding in my photo is only half of what you get. As you go to use each one, be sure to open their wings to help them stay open. The wire there are attached to can be inserted into your plants or other areas (not in my second photo I inserted them into the wicker on the back of my chair!). You can also bend the wire - using a pair of pliers will help - to wrap them around things. The dragonflies are light but well-made. The wire is stiff, but also long and flexible enough to make the dragonflies look like they are moving in the wind which is the look you’re going for in deterring insects. I’ve heard of people attaching these to their hats when they are gardening - I can see myself pushing one of the wires through the back of my visor so the dragonfly is perched above my head. Again, I’m not sure if these will work as a deterrent, but one way or the other I’m glad I got them because they sure are cute!

Who thought this would work? Well it does. Most of the gnats, flies and other flying insects are gone from my entry area. These were super effective.
