If I wanted to cast a thin relief item 2 to 3 mm thick in a one-piece silicone mold, would this resin work?

I think it should! This resin does take a little longer to fully hard-cure. So it may seem bendy when you take it out…but give it a little time and it should be good to go! Good luck!

Is it UV resistant enough for use on rocks that will be in direct sun?

Yes, this crystal clear epoxy resin is UV resistant.

Would this size cover an 8” x 22” board?

There is no way to answer that because that would depend on the thickness you make it and how much runs off the table. But resin does not go bad, and bigger sizes are cheaper per oz.

Can I use this for artwork on tile that I will use in the bathroom

Yes. The epoxy does well on tiles. It tolerates moisture fine. If you’re going to put it on an existing tile, make sure that if there’s any glaze on the tile that you’re going to put the artwork on, that you grind the glaze off because the resin doesn’t always stick well to the glaze that’s on tiles however, the epoxy resin will do fine in the bathroom.
