Amazon Basics Rotary Paper Trimmer Cutter – A3

I bought two of these - A3 by mistake and A4 intentionally. Excellent buy. I have crafted for over 25 years and have found these cutters to be the best I have bought Easy to use and very sharp blade (concealed so no problem). I am isn’t vision impaired and these are perfect for me.

Excellent , sharp , precise , long lasting . Just don't drop it and lose the end bracket or you'll have to buy another one . Cheers Robyn ya clumsy div lol. Decent piece of kit xxx

Lightweight but sturdy. It's a bit stiff so I'll be looking to add some grease or oil for smoother operation, but otherwise it cuts well, leaves a good clean edge. Have used it for 600gsm card and it's worked great.

Can't beat these for the price ..this is my second one the first was purchased 5 years ago and still cuts great, so I upgraded to the bigger one .

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with this guillotine. I purchased it with high hopes, expecting it to handle basic cutting tasks like card or paper. However, after just a few cuts, the blades started to bend out of shape, even though I wasn’t cutting anything particularly thick or tough. I tested it on a stack of standard cardand the blades warped almost immediately. Now, the cuts are uneven, and I’m left with a product that can’t even perform simple tasks without ruining the material. The build quality is poor, and it seems like the metal used for the blades isn’t durable at all. I understand it's a budget option, but I expected more than one use before the blades became useless. Very disappointing. I’d avoid this one if you need a guillotine for any sort of regular use. Definitely not worth the money.

Maybe I have gotten one from the Monday morning production, but the paper cutter I had wouldn't even cut through hot butter, let alone paper. Would not recommend in the slightest.

I misread the size and didn't realize it was A3... As a A3 sized cutter it is big... and bigger than I expected thinking I was buying an A4 cutter. But it does roll smoothly. The deck is metal, but the fittings holding the roll rod and cutter head is PLASTIC. Even the sliding head is plastic but the cutter wheel seemed to be carbon steel. It cuts very smoothly. Now I just need to find a new place to put it because I thought I bought an A4 cutter and not an A3 cutter lol...

Je viens tout juste de recevoir le massicot alors que j'ai passé ma commande il y a 4 jours seulement et que le délai de livraison était estimé à environ 1 semaine et demi. Je suis ravie. Concernant l'article en lui même, je suis très contente de sa qualité pour son prix peu onéreux. En effet, le massicot est arrivé en très bon état, bien emballé. Il est propre et facilement maniable. Je pense qui est plutôt difficile de se blesser avec celui ci. Concernant la précision du produit; c'est pas mal. J'ai fait un essai avec du papier de 250g, la coupe est nette si la pression exercée sur la lame est suffisante, sinon il peut y avoir des petites "bouloches" de papier. En bref, je suis ravie de mon achat pour sa qualité et son faible prix. Je le recommande totalement.
