I paid £25 for an item that curls my hair better than my £400 Dyson! (Maybe I shouldn’t admit that in case they put the price up) I have long hair so I just made smaller sections and it handled it with no problems. Yes the beep is a bit annoying but after a bit you don’t really notice it, it double beeps when it’s reached the amount of seconds you chose. The instructions weren’t great but a trip to YouTube soon sorted it. There’s no gas canisters like the older type so taking this abroad wouldn’t be an issue. Recharges via a usb cable. You have 3 different timers, 2 different temperatures and a choice of 2 directions. If you want the curl to go towards the back of head, when working on the right side of your head you want the setting to read L, and vice versa for the left hand side of your head. Definitely value for money.

So I just got this today and was really excited to try it out after seeing so many reviews and videos online. I have thin, shoulder length, aggressively straight hair and I really struggle to use normal curling irons - I was looking for something easy and this is definitely it! My hair is very, very straight and resistant to curls but so far this really seems to have worked, even without any product! It takes a while to get used to, and like some of the other reviews said, the beeping is REALLY irritating... Beeps once a second while using it and is really loud (can't see a setting to turn the volume down or even off) but other than that no complaints! It's pretty fool proof, definitely takes some getting used to but even my first attempt was unbelievable - after charging I used it right away and my first curl was perfect! You have to do tiny sections at a time - if it detects too much hair it automatically turns off so to avoid tangling etc which I am glad it has that safety feature even if it is a bit annoying... It has multiple heat/time/direction settings but every time you put too much hair in, it shuts off and resets but other than that this is the miracle tool for people who struggle with regular curling irons for sure!! My hair has held a tight curl for about 4 hours now with no product, I'll definitely use product and practice more before going out but first impressions are amazing!! Couldn't believe it worked just as easily as it has been advertised but it really does 😊

Loads of these cheep Chinese hair curlers on Amazon.I had bought one previously for a similar price which lasted around a year before the battery started to fail, so I thought since I really got on with it, I would buy another.Unfortunately this retailer has fitted them with a battery that isn't fit for purpose.I had it for a about 4 months before the battery would not fully charge and this problem started happening after using it only 4/5 times.I used it for the last time at the weekend. After charging it for hours, I turned it on but found that it was not full. Then it took so much of the remaining available battery power just to do the initial heating up that I only had 2 bars of battery left. This would only equate to 10 mins of styling on the lowest hest setting (150°).The design and curl from these machines are pretty good, and so easy to use. It's a shame they skimped on the battery.Amazon were great with my return, thankfully.

I don't normally wire reviews, I'm so impressed with this cordless curler, its amazing I've never been able to achieve the look with other products and I'm disabled my hands are quite bad holding things and I had an accident yesterday cut my finger quite deep and have stitches, and I've still managed to use it , highly recommend to twist hair to help feed it through split, curls are perfect i love it just got to practice as this is my first time using it and think I've done well , I highly recommend you try this its so easy with great results

The curler itself gives decent results, its easy to use, compact, simple to use/adjust setting and all round an ideal curler...However, I don't curl my hair often (only special occasions) I've used it maybe 5 times? The second to last time I used it, it took ages to charge beforehand. Now the last time I used it, I plugged it in and nothing happened. No indication it had any life at all. I left it on charge for about 8 hours, and when I came back to it, it was still dead. I swapped wires, I swapped plugs. It just stopped working. It's been stored in a cupboard, so it hasn't been damage in any way. It just died.

Also ich muss erst mal erwähnen, dass ich mir selber mit einen Lockenstab als auch mit einem Glätteisen keine Locken machen kann. Ich bin einfach nicht talentiert genug dafür. :( deswegen hab ich immer wieder nach solchen Produkte geschaut und dann mich wegen die relativ gute Rezension für dieses Produkt entschieden. Und ich muss sagen ich bin soweit zufrieden (nach 1x benutzen :'D), es kam wie üblich schnell an und die Verarbeitung ist auch, soweit ich beurteilen kann, gut. Zudem liegt das Gerät gut in der Hand. Es hat drei Knöpfe, einmal der Große/start damit die Haare eingewickelt werden, einmal einen kleineren/mit Pfeil für einstellen der richtung/Temperatur(C/F)/Sekunden und mit dem letzten Knopf/On,off/Setting kann man das Gerät ein- und ausschalten und auch zwischen Temperatur/(C/F)/Richtung/Sekunden wechseln. Ich hab ungefähr mittellanges Haar, hatte die Hitze 170°C und 16Sek. eingestellt (Hab links und rechts zwischen drinnen immer wieder umgestellt). Es piept einmal, dann weiß man dass es die Hitze erreicht hat. Hab dann ca bisschen mehr wie ein Daumen Strähne in das Gerät gehangen und auf den großen Knopf gedrückt. Wenn es doppelt Piept heißt es dass es fertig ist und ich hab es nach unten gezogen. (Siehe Video) Die Locken haben bestimmt 4h ohne Haarspray gehalten (habs im trockenen Zustand gemacht), halt im Alltag also keine Party oder so. Einmal hatten sich meine Haare (am Hinterkopf) etwas verfangen (vermutlich weil ich zu viel Haare reingelegt hatte da ich es nicht richtig gesehen habe), aber das Gerät hat ein Piepen abgespielt und sich sofort ausgeschaltet und ich konnte ohne Probleme meine Haare rausziehen ohne welche zu verlieren. Zudem bin ich öfters mit dem Gerät an meine Kopfhaut gekommen, aber hab mich nicht verbrannt, war aber trotzdem warm. Ich kann sagen dass ich für den Preis, echt zufrieden bin.
