Manuka Health UMF 13+/MGO 400+ Manuka Honey (250g/8.8oz), Superfood, Authentic Raw Honey from New Zealand

This honey is really the BeesWax. It tastes great and you know when they say oh its antibacterial and blah blah blah. Well I actually tried it. And it worked, almost like a miracle. Here's what happened. Just came out of a Scope of my throat and upper GI tract looking to see if everything was okay. Everything turned out find, but for some reason, the place where the lady put the IV - I developed a huge red rash. First I was worried it was infected as it didn't go away and only got worse. I used Alcohol on it, washed it with soap and water and done everything to clean and keep it clean and disinfect it. Nothing really seemed to work. Was about to go to the ER to check it out, but before I did - I suspected it was a rash so I wanted to try this out before i went. I took some of the honey on a wooden spatula stick, the ones they use for waxing and so forth and put all over my inner arm around the elbow area, but on the inside of the arm, that's where they put the IV. My family gave me this wierd look to confirm their long running suspicions that I was and had always been a bit crazy. I told them "but it says, antibacterial and so forth." They didn't say nothing just shook their heads. 5 minutes later i started seeing white spots underneath the honey where I had put it where I had had the red marks/rash. I thought oh oh - i probably made things worse. So I quickly went to the bathroom and washed my arm with soap and water. I looked at the rash and to my surprise and also delight it seemed about 30-40 of the rash already gone. I was like woh, that's cool. Don't need to go to the ER room, Went to sleep - woke up next morning. What can i tell you 90-95 of the red marks/rash had completely gone. I was amazed. There was still some little marks left, which also went away the next day. But it worked. You know when people dismiss you about natural remedies - shove this in their face and spread it on their rash and so forth and lets see what they say then. Great product, shame it so expensive, but what can you do. If you're gonna spend more money then you should. then spend it on this - it is worth every penny of its expensive price. That's the only thing i don't like about it, but I won't drop it a star because its so darn good.

This honey has the best flavor & texture. I tried different other brands so far this is the best! I have suffered for 4 months with a very bad sinus infection & ear problems. I started on using this honey & in 1 week I started noticing I was feeling better with my sinus issues going away! This cost more but worth the price since I really am close to being completely well.

I bought this to treat a nasty open wound on my dog's leg. He is old (13), and has impaired mobility, so he tends to get sores on his legs, especially his hinds because of deteriorating spine and bad hips (German Shepherd). Anyway, he had an ulcer about the size of a nickel on his hind leg that wouldn't heal. I would clean with hydrogen peroxide, put on antibacterial ointment, and wrap with gauze and petflex wrap. He was also on antibiotics for another condition, and I'd hoped it would also help this ulcer/sore. After 2 weeks, it got slightly bigger than a quarter, and just wasn't healing. I called my vet on the weekend and got an appointment for Monday. Well, that Saturday night, my dog tore into his own leg. Bloody, with exposed tendon and all. It was a horror show! It was all I could do to keep it clean until Monday. The vet was very shocked at how bad it was. Had my dog been younger and/or had better mobility, the possibility that the only treatment would be amputation was actually discussed. Amputation! That's how bad it was. But due to his age and poor mobility, all we could do was feed him more antibiotics, change the dressing daily, put an E collar on him, and just try to keep him from getting septic. My vet told me to dress the wound with Manuka honey, and with any luck, he'd be healing. Within 2 days of receiving this honey, there was a huge improvement. He'd had skin slippage - you could have slipped a dime under his skin like a pocket - healed! The redness and swelling started going down as well. We are close to 2 weeks using the manuka now coupled with antibiotics, and the tendon is no longer exposed. My vet said it would probably be at least 4 weeks for him to be healed, and even if it's not at 100% (I mean, he really chewed his leg up bad), we are well on our way. If you have an ulcer, open wound, etc that just won't heal, please try this. It has saved my dog's leg, and his life.

This tastes like asphalt but it's supposed to be beneficial, so there's that.

This Manuka honey is absolutely delicious! It has a rich, smooth flavor and you can really tell it’s a high-quality honey. I love that it’s from New Zealand and has the UMF 13+ / MGO 400+ rating, which gives me confidence in its quality and authenticity. Not for me, but for my aged dad who really likes Manuka. Expensive, but apparently worth it. He thoroughly enjoys it and has to ration his consumption. I always bring some back from annual visits to NZ, but of course this year it hasn't been possible - so Amazon. But he's perfectly happy with the quality.
