Those old-time "Viennies" are even better now.
We all ate Vienna sausages eighty-some years ago, during The War. We recently bought some -- actually from Amazon. Only, these were WAY better, because they were canned in barbecue sauce. Delicious! (Also, I am diabetic, and I can eat them without raising my blood glucose. Even when I sneak a whole can at midnight.)

Barbecue for me and you if you like it sweet, can't be beat.
I bought the Barbecue Flavor and the Smoke Flavor, I definitely like the Barbecue Flavor more. Turns out Smoke Flavor just smells and tastes like smoke to me. It's really not even close to smoking it over a fire while camping.

Good sausage in barbecue sauce
I happen to like Vienna sausages; especially in barbecue sauce. An appropriate amount for a good snack or light lunch. Flavor’s good and you can eat them alone or in a sandwich. My grocery store doesn’t carry the barbecue sauce sausages anymore, so thank you, Amazon.
