Pink,red & purple food coloring usually tastes awful is this better tasting?

I have not found that to be true at all.

Are these dyes oil based or water based?

This one (white) is a glycerin base which is water soluble

Are all colours tasteless? I find burgundy always bitter?

Most are tasteless but occasionally if you add a lot of gel color to get a deep color it can be slightly bitter. I find air brushing deep colors on flowers and such solves that problem.

Perfect food coloring!

This is my go to food coloring! It's so vibrant and bright. The mix ability is amazing. The bottle is a great size for the price. You don't need alot either to make the color pop. The quality is very good! I run a bakery business and this is what I use! I haven't noticed a taste to it and neither have my clients.

Good coloration!

I bought this specific color for my friend’s 21st cake and it came out so good! I will say that I think I could taste some bitterness from the amount I added to get the color I wanted, but it all worked out fine it the end! Tasted great and everyone loved it!

Bright and Vibrant!

Loving this brand of food coloring. Use this for buttercream and doesn't affect the texture no matter how much food coloring you use. A little goes a long way and is worth the money! Doesn't have a taste or smell. Mixes very easily to my buttercream.
