Just buy a sturdily built crock pot from a reputable manufacturer and don't buy this nonsense item. They were even sizes that make easy to grab pairs. But several of the stones are severely pitted, so much so that it will effect cleaning them. I will say the medium sized stones are all palm sized very decent. And the 4 large stones are only JUST barely larger. I would have liked more of a difference.The warmer gets 5 stars! The warmer on high gets up to 160 after 1.5 hours 120 after about 40 min.I took the stones out and immediately picked up the warmer, and it was cool to the touch! Very nice!It maintains temp with the lid on. You will need to adjust when the lid is off to maintain the temp, keep this in mind.I didn't add the small stones they are tiny, like a half dollar.
