I am using both day and night time for my mom. When I brought her to live with me a year ago she had major bed sores on her bottom. I changed her to tena and alone with an ointment that was suggested by her doctor she is now free from the sores. Her skin is very sensitive. Tena doesn’t have any thing like that in it.

Try Tranquility Prem Overnight Disp Absorb Underwear instead. I use them for my elderly father who is completely incontinent and on prostate medication (makes him pee A LOT), and the Tranquility ones have proven to be amazing. I’ve ordered 3 times thus far and they haven’t disappointed. This Tena seller is questionable, the price is crazy, and the quality is much less than the Tranquility ones. . Just saying.

my waist and hips are wider than yours and I use the M (it's actually called S/M on some descriptions) - Try a pack of 14 like I did at the very first to see - the large I suspect is too big and you might have leaks .. of course urine volume is an important aspect too. - I also use a pad on the bed just in case - good luck
