LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!
I am a pretty harsh critic and I don't normally give rave-reviews, but this book is just what I was looking for! The ONLY downside is the writing spaces are small. However, I don't mind this too much because with the smaller spaces, I'm already feeling less of a desire to eat because I don't have much space to write it down in. Also, on a diet plan your meals shouldn't be huge anyways. I LOVE the fact that this incorporates starting healthy new habits as well! Every 4 weeks you track your body progress (weight/measurements) and also have the opportunity to set a new healthy habit goal for yourself (i.e. working out, going for a walk after dinner, getting rid of sugary products/etc.). It also helps you track water intake, emotional health, cravings, sleep, and exercise - as well as having a daily reminder box to check for your new healthy habit! If you want something simple and all encompassing, buy this book! It's a useful tool and the price is great too!

Great, simple food journal, covers the major areas
I have tried a lot of different methods of logging food, including apps, various kinds of published food journals, regular old spiral bound notebook. This one seems to have been able to allow to me to stick to habits and has made me more aware of what I'm putting into my body. Yes, the spaces are a little small for writing, but I've come to appreciate that - I can make a quick jot of what I've eaten throughout the day, and then log more specifics into a separate app I keep to include things like condiments and oils since I may not always have time to remember to log into my app. The simple layout of format makes it easy to keep things brief, and I like the one checkbox for habit - it's so satisfying to check off each day. It would be great if there was a bigger size for those people who prefer to log in more detail, but for just jotting down general components of each snack and meal, it keeps me accountable and I hope to have the whole thing filled in by the end of the year.

Perfect for it’s purpose
I love my new food journal. This tool is so great. I am thrilled to be using it and can’t wait to track my weight loss. It has perfect rid bits of information and is formatted very well though I wish the margins for filling in your answers were bigger and also I wish there were stickers to go along. But other than that perfect for its purpose.

This book is beyond amazing. Most of the books I use end up not getting used. But this one is being used a lot!

Not big enough to list details
I have been using this journal for a while now, and though it is adequate, for my purposes it is too small. I can list a few of the foods I eat at each meal, though I have to write very small. As my purpose for this is to track food sensitivities, there is not enough space to record any reactions. I wish it came in a larger size because it is good otherwise.

I absolutely love this book do much. I'm done with diets and calorie counting, but this helps me to feel accountable and wants me to better my lifestyle to become healthier.

Great journal!
Easy to use, compact to carry around and had just the key info at the start which I liked. Also like it that I have a week view for filling it in. Very happy with my purchase

Okay
This is okay. I only used it for a couple days and then recycled it. I wasn't a fan of how things were laid out and there wasn't enough space for what I needed.
