will they sink to the bottom after awhile

They will fall apart first and some would sink to the bottom . My fish just swallow the hole cube.

Approximately how many cubes are in a 5oz order?

10 cubes weigh 0.2 oz. So approx. 250 cubes per 5 oz.

Are these cubes good for betta frys that just hatched?

If you crushed them into powder it would work. My guppy and platy fry love it!!!
