Where I live the summer months can be in the triple digits so I exercise in the gym those days. At least some of that time is on a treadmill (I have to get 10K steps!). This allows me to elevate my phone to the top of the treadmill so that I don't have to look down to watch movies or shows. I've also taken it on a plane and in various hotels and it is great as a compact general phone stand. My only critique, and this is small, is that once you bend it, it will never be truly flat again. It will get flat enough for travel and small bags, but it will never have the flat appearance it did when you first open it.
