Great product!!!
It works great! Fast filling and durable. TSC has a floating valve that we had to constantly replace. This valve is what we tell everyone to buy.

Fount-astic 💦
The float on my fountain went out, resulting in a $500 water bill. This was a direct replacement and was extremely easy to install. The water immediately shut off once it reached the proper fill level. Very reasonably priced and will hopefully last a long time.

Great device
Works amazing for my buffer tank supplying water to 2 pressure washers and a 12 volt soft wash pump. I modified my device by drilling some bigger holes through the screen to increase the flow when I was at one customers house. Great product. By the way, I do have a filter before the float valve.

Works for pool, mostly
I use this for my swimming pool. Two times the pool has overfilled due to this not working to stop water flow. I suspect some floaters got caught in the mechanism. Beware ...don't leave home overnight while using in this way. I recommend checking for stuck debris regularly.

Highest quality
Hudson is the original design for this valve. I ordered a competitor brand just because of overnight delivery. I will never do that again. The Hudson brand works the first time, every time. The competitor brand would never shut off the water when the trough was full.

1” Float Valve for Water Tank – Very Unreliable Product
This is one of the most unreliable products I’ve ever used, especially for something that needs to be dependable. I initially purchased one unit and assumed it might have been defective when it failed. Unfortunately, after buying a second one, I experienced the same issue within just a few weeks. The valve failed to shut off the water once the tank was full—its primary and only function. As a result, it caused continuous overflow for several hours, leading to significant water waste and hundreds of dollars in damages. I strongly advise against using this product if you need a reliable solution.

This valve lasts forever. Great value, hands down.
It does exactly what it's supposed to do and it does it without fail for years. I've had mine for over 10 years. I bought another one just to have a back up two years ago. Well worth the money. I use it for filling a 300 gallon tank for pressure washing that when driven down the road takes quite a beating. Lever type toilet valves bounce around and break apart after being on the road a while. But a Hudson valve lasts for years. Every now and then I get a lizard or a frog stuck up in there and I have to take it apart to clean it but if you use a rubber gasket with a strainer at the end of your water hose, you shouldn't have that problem.

Good flow & simple setup.
Works well, and simple to use. Just need to ensure a clean supply of water so it seals closed. Likely the best price you'll find in canada. You will need to come up with a bracket, or way of mounting it in position.

well made product, if buying in Australia be ware it comes with NPT thread, so will need an adaptor to fit the usual BSSP thread.
