Spring mechanism not working
Since the mechanism is not working well, soap can't be dispensed. It's regrettable.

It's solid and it works great!
I bought it to replace an old broken dispenser. It arrived sooner than promised, it went in easily for me but if you're not flexible and small, it may be difficult depending on what's under your sink. It was helpful to have another person holding the top piece while I tightened the screw from the bottom. It is nice and solid. Looks well made and is working perfectly so far. As well, the colour matched the faucet perfectly. I would definitely recommend it.

Good overall, with one minor issue
This dispenser was easy to install and looks good. The pump works well and the reservoir holds a good amount of soap. A minor issue, at least for me, is that the top seems a bit wiggly. It's hard to describe but it's like it can tilt in your palm while pushing down; not a lot, but I notice it.

Easy installation and works great for dispensing dish soap at my kitchen sink. Large reservoir and easy to refill.

The only dispenser I found that made of steel. Heavy and solid. Cost few extra dollars, but looks like I won’t have to replace every couple of months as cheaper crap.
