    Updated: Two different shades...disappointed!

*by F***E on Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2019*

Totally disappointed! I wanted to love this shoe, but it is two shades of pink. Returning ASAP!Update: I am updating my review because I had an awesome customer service experience with the company. They apologized for the issue and was even willing to send a new pair. I received the new pair and felt much better. I might reconsider ordering these shoes in another color but not 100% sure do to some of the other reviews. But I did appreciate the company reaching out to me personally to fix the issue.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bow comes off (good for me). Durable enough and appropriate sizing.

*by L***B on Reviewed in the United States on June 12, 2019*

Easy and reliable play shoe for toddler. Bow slides off when unfastened - could be a pro or con. I like to remove it. This is our second pair. Held up long enough to grow out of.

    Fell apart on day 2

*by D*** on Reviewed in the United States on September 14, 2019*

These shoes fell apart on day 2 at school. My daughter's teacher had to staple them together. See photos. Looks like there are loose strings on the other shoe. I'm requesting a refund.
