Review: Excellent Product, gladly buy more when needed. - Only had them for 2 days so far but arrived in wonderful condition, nice heavy weight to them, no liners (which is good), hand crafted and beautiful at that, gets nice and icy cold when a beverage is poured in them. They even send some cards on how to take care of them. Just in case you don't read the cards, under no circumstance put this in the dishwasher, secondly do not scrub this with one of those rough sponges. Use soapy warm water with a washcloth or SOFT sponge and dry immidiately. I only wrote this part because some people said they didn't know how to take care of the copper. Well here you go :-) Lastly the mugs are copper, have you ever seen a new penny and then one that is 10 years old. Don't buy ANY copper mug expecting the shinny and new look forever. Copper oxidizes over time. As the company says, "it adds character." I will buy more down the road, but for now I am happy with the two I purchased for my bar.

**Q: How roomy is the handle? Big enough for a man's fingers?**
A: In my opinion, definitely yes. Hubby had no issues and I've definitely seen much smaller mug handles. At its widest point from edge of handle to cup, it's 2 inches of space. Awesome mugs, very very happy with them! And they are gorgeous, copper inside and out. I have another mug that isn't copper inside. Not as pretty and doesn't keep drink as cold. A+ buy IMO.

**Q: Does the lacquer allow the Moscow mule to react with the copper?**
A: If there is a lacquer coating, it absolutely does not react with the lime, which is what you want for flavor (as well as health).  If you search for UNLINED copper mugs you will find them.  The reason for the lacquer is to keep it nice looking, but you are not getting the copper.  The acid in the lime leaches copper from the mug and this creates not only a unique flavor, but imparts health benefits. Yes, copper is a required micronutrient that is responsible for many enzymatic reactions in the body!  Indians drank water out of copper for thousands of years for its antimicrobial properties.  It also aids in collagen production, artery health, and myriad other benefits.

**Q: Does every mug come in its own box?**
A: Each Mug is individually wrapped in tissue paper and in it's own box.

**Q: Is there any lacquer or lining on the inside or outside?**
A: Yes, this mug is lacquered outside and inside. It is a food-safe lacquer and applied thin. The exterior of the mug is high polished to a beautiful shine, and the inside is brushed perfectly smooth and clean.
