Twinings Pure Peppermint Flavoured Tea Bags - 80 Biodegradable Bags (Multipack of 4 x 20)) | Caffeine and Sugar Free Herbal Tea for Digestion and Refreshment | Natural Peppermint Flavor

Why I Love This Tea: I drink peppermint tea daily, mainly after meals to aid digestion and in the evenings to unwind. Twinings has always been my go-to for a clean, classic peppermint taste. This multipack (4 x 20 bags) offers excellent bulk value and keeps the bags fresh, making it a staple in my pantry. The Top Features (The Pros): 100% Naturally Caffeine-Free: This is crucial. Since it contains only pure peppermint leaves (not regular tea leaves), I can drink it right before bed without worrying about disrupting my sleep. It’s my perfect nighttime routine starter. Soothing & Digestive Power: Peppermint is famous for settling the stomach, and this blend works quickly. A hot cup after a heavy lunch or dinner provides instant relief from bloating or discomfort. It’s an herbal remedy that actually tastes great. Crisp, Clean Flavor: The taste is refreshing and cool—a classic, pure peppermint. It's not weak like some budget brands, but it also doesn't have the harsh bitterness that some overly concentrated peppermint teas can have. It’s perfectly balanced. Biodegradable Bags: I am happy to support Twinings' move to fully biodegradable tea bags. It's great to know I can toss the used bag into my food waste bin, making my daily habit more environmentally friendly. Bulk Value & Freshness: Buying the 80-bag multipack is much more cost-effective than buying individual 20-bag boxes, and the small boxes inside keep the rest of the supply fresh. Tips for a Perfect Brew: Cover Your Cup: To get the absolute maximum strength and aroma, cover your mug while it steeps for 3-4 minutes. This traps the essential mint oils. Iced Tea: This infusion tastes fantastic cooled down and poured over ice with a slice of lemon for a refreshing summer drink. Final Verdict: If you need a reliable, high-quality, caffeine-free herbal infusion for digestion, relaxation, or simply a crisp, clean cup of tea, you cannot go wrong with Twinings Pure Peppermint. This multipack is the smartest way to buy it. A must-have herbal tea for any household! Really helps my stomach feel better before bed and prevents me having any unnecessary extra calories!

Nice as a caffeinated brew alternative. Not overpowering with a good taste

Nice peppermint tea, love the smell and its refreshing too. I was told to use this as I'm suffering from bloated gassy tummy, its worked to

Overall I am impressed with these tea bags. Please see the photos I included. They are well boxed, wit ha foldable flap. Each of the two foiled sleeves are sealed, allowing you to open half at a time. That retains the freshness in the other sealed sleeve. Apparently the teabags are biodegradable, so we place them in our food bin. That is great BUT I would prefer if they used unbleached paper, they do not have to be so blindingly white and so not natural in appearance. The bags are strong, I have never had one burst open on me whilst brewing the tea, I use 95c temp water. I have also opened up a bag and placed the contents into a tea ball, that works well. The tea that is produced is most pleasant and flavoursome. The taste is exceptional, without being overly strong. It also very much smells of peppermint. These seem to be helping my typical digestive / IBS type issues. I am reminded not to drink more than a couple a day, reflux can be an issue with peppermint. I suppose it is about balance and what suits you. Overall these are great teabags, very much refreshing and helpful. I have dropped a star due to the bleached type aspect of the bags, otherwise they are great. A bonus being zero caffeine. Very much recommended. Great value. I hope this review helps you.

Great

Excellent taste and flavour

Husband suffers from IBS. His first cup of tea in the morning really affected him. So, we tried these & it helps a lot. He's a fussy eater but, loves the flavour of these. He has tried others but, these are his favorite. In bulk, they are a great value per box compared to paying £4 per individual box from a supermarket. The bags are good along with the taste, Flavor & strength. Definitely be buying again. Happy hubby, happy wife.

Super tea, great tasting and very good for helping manage the bloating symptoms of IBS. Being able to purchase a large quantity in one order at a great price is a big bonus as I drink a fair few. I'd highly recommend this tea for quality and flavour. The seller dispatched quickly and the tea arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with my purchase.
