They's two pages of instructions and are easy to follow. I had no problem building it.

Where can i find instructions, none came in box?

Ask the seller. My unit came with very detailed instructions.

Is it mandatory to hook to wall? Will it fall off with hooking to wall. We do not want to hook to wall as it’s a apartment

The piece at the bottom of this is supposed to help it keep sturdy however I had to remove that piece to get t his furniture over my toilet seat so I opted to have it hooked to the wall...I also live in an apartment but the wall hole can be easily filled
