Great for newborns
Love this carrier so much! I’ve been using it daily since my son was born 2 months ago and it is perfect for the newborn stage. It is comfortable for both him and I, very soft fabric and easy to put on and put baby in. Would recommend to anyone looking for a budget friendly option.

Best baby carrier!
I've gotten 2 different baby carriers from 2 different companies, and they both were uncomfortable and my baby didn't last longer than 10min for each before fussing to get out. I didnt want to get one that was so expensive...but man, THIS was worth it! It's so soft and comfortable, and my baby stayed in much longer than 20min. I tested it out by going for a walk with him outside; no fussiness, no uncomfortable sensations, just us two enjoying the outdoors. Plus he kept looking up at me and smiling! I'm so glad I got this, definitely give this a try! ♥️☺️

Perfect hybrid carrier!
I own a baby ktan and ergo baby 360. This carrier is the perfect combo between a wrap and structured carrier. I purchased this for my 5 month old who only contact naps in the carrier. I needed something supportive that wouldn’t kill my back but also lightweight and comfortable for baby. The ergobaby 360 was way too structured and bulky for everyday use at home. It’s definitely a great carrier for outdoor adventures because it provides so much support but at home it was uncomfortable for me. The baby ktan was great while baby was a newborn but I felt like it stretched over time and my baby was not sitting properly. Baby would slide around. Also the baby ktan would pull on my shoulders and the fabric would bunch up in the back making it very uncomfortable. I would be in pain every day. The embrace has softy stretchy jersey like material that is very comfortable! It provides light padding in the right places for me and baby to be comfortable. The should straps don’t pull on my back or shoulders. I’m easily able to sit on the rocking chair and snuggle with my baby. The straps are also not restrictive at all which allows me to move around and get things done around the house. The ktan would limit me to move my arms up and down so doing anything was very difficult and painful! I love that the Embrace clips on which makes it very easy for me to put my baby in and out of the carrier and it’s easy for family members to use when watching the baby which was something I struggled with the baby ktan. It’s very hot where we live and I love that the fabric is breathable so I can take my baby outdoors with it. I’m a petite woman (4”11” 113 lbs) with a long heavy baby and this carrier fits well. It could be a tiny little bit smaller in my opinion but it’s very hard to find carriers for petite women that don’t cost so much $$$. The ktan size xs fit me great but the 360 was way too large for me. I had to cross the straps and even then the straps would bulge out and didn’t fit comfortably. If you’re petite I would def recommend the Embrace. The price point on this carrier is great value for your money! I love the colors it comes with! I purchased the pink and it’s a soft pink color 😍. I do wish it came with a detachable hood like the 360! It’s also light weight enough that it folds down pretty small to fit in the diaper bag. The ktan and the 360 took up so much space. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and my baby is comfortably napping as I write this review 🥰

Best Carrier
I have tried a few different carriers, this is by far my favorite. The hybrid of being a carrier and a wrap is a dream. The fit is snug and comfortable. I will say when I first put my 20 lb 6 month old forward facing, it did leave bruises on his legs. You have to get it just right! With my firstborn, I had the ergo360. He was 10lbs when he came out and when I say carrying him in the 360 killed my hips, I mean it. Anytime I would do a hike, within 35 minutes I was hurting. This carrier is a game changer and never hurts! Its extremely easy to get on and off by myself- even my fiance can do it on himself. I had my second son in February so I went with the regular material instead of the breathable. It isn't terrible in the summer, but I sometimes wish I had done the mesh. I have breastfed numerous times while hiking and having my baby laying on my chest without anyone noticing. Functionality is great. The value is WELL WORTH THE MONEY! I bought one of the girls I work with one for her baby shower present! 5 ✰✰✰✰✰

Great for Newborn Stage
I really liked this carrier during the newborn stage. The material is soft, supportive, and feels high quality right out of the box. It was much more practical for everyday chores than a traditional wrap — easy to put on, secure, and I didn’t feel like I needed a YouTube tutorial every time I used it. For a brand-new baby, the fit felt great and my baby seemed comfortable and well supported. As he started to grow out of the newborn phase, though, the fit wasn’t quite as good for us. I noticed more pressure on my back and shoulders over time, especially with longer wears, which ultimately made it less comfortable as he got heavier. That said, for short outings, quick tasks around the house, or the early weeks with a newborn, this carrier is a solid option. I’d recommend it especially for parents who want something simple and functional without dealing with long fabric wraps — just be aware you may want a different carrier as your baby grows.

A great baby carrier!
I love this baby carrier! I was gifted a wrap carrier, but with a wrap you have to commit to wearing it or re-tie it. I needed something easy to throw on and also something more secure. This is it! With the straps and buckles, it keeps my baby much more in place. I can put it on without help and it’s not too bulky and still breathable. 10/10!

You want this, not a wrap!
So I thought I wanted a wrap-style carrier. I put it on my registry, received it, opened it and realized...it was ~13 feet of material that I was going to have to store, wash, and then manage to wrap and tie correctly before using each time. I was still undaunted - until the baby came. And I realized that the times you want to use a baby carrier and quickly soothe/cuddle your baby and have your hands free are rarely going to occur when you have time to drag that 13 feet of material all over your floor while wrapping it around your body (while your baby screams the entire time), only to realize that there is no good way to get a newborn into the tangle of material you’ve just created all by yourself. Even with the help of someone else, trying to get a wriggly angry baby in it just seems to make them more unhappy, and you give up, leaving your 13 feet of material in a pile to be tediously re-folded at a future time. But then I saw an ad for this beauty! Three simple clips, and effectively the same design concept as the wrap carrier. Once the waist band is clipped around you securely, it is SO EASY to hold your baby against you and safely clip them in. Then you make any adjustments you need to their position, and easily tighten the cross straps at your sides. Needless to say, I use this regularly, both around the house and on outings. My baby is happy in it too, he is still small enough to need to face me, and usually falls asleep immediately. I’m sure he is going to love being able to face out and see the world when he’s big enough. The material is soft and high-quality, and I really like that it still has the feel of a shirt/wrap design instead of something very structured. It’s extremely functional, and my only regret is that I didn’t have this weeks earlier.

Cute, Soft, but Baby Says “Nope!”
I was so excited to try the Ergobaby Embrace carrier because the idea of keeping our newborn snug and close while still having my hands free sounded like a dream! The material is super soft, and the jade green color is absolutely gorgeous—it definitely lives up to the “cozy” promise. The problem? Our baby hates it. We tried a few times to get him settled in, but he won’t let us wear him for even a few seconds without squirming and fussing. He’s only a newborn right now, so I’m hoping it’s just an age thing and that he’ll feel more comfortable in it as he gets bigger. Since we already washed it (because newborns!), returning it isn’t an option, but we’re planning to give it another go in a few months. What we like: • Super soft fabric: The material is lovely, stretchy, and comfortable for me at least. I could see how it would be great for both mom and baby… if baby agrees. • Easy to put on: Compared to some other carriers, this one is pretty straightforward to use, which is a big plus when you’re juggling a fussy newborn. • Great for future use: I can tell this will be really handy when our baby is a little older and (hopefully) more cooperative. For now, we’re in a holding pattern until our little guy is ready to give it another shot. I’m optimistic that it’ll be a lifesaver down the line, but for now, he’s just not having it. I’d still recommend it, though, especially for parents with babies that are a bit more chill than ours!
